Yes, Stewart just calls RS, so may as well talk to them yourself.  The RS phone rep might end up telling you one of your choices is short or not available and you can make an alternate choice right then.

No.  There is no charge for an Elite/Suite amenity item like this.

Yes, it is the entire 20 items for the wine and not worth it, IMO.

Agree and the choice of wine is not that great.  My choices of red were terrible. I couldn’t drink

it.  Value was $42-$44 bottle. (Their price)  Definitely not worth it IMO.

The Chardonnay was horrible but Charles & Charles Rose was passable

Also were first time elite on the Emerald a few weeks ago and I tried. I was told I could swap out 20 small bottles for 1 regular bottle of wine. I didn't have 20 so it was a no for me.

You need to swap out the entire mini-bar (non-alcohol as well as alcohol) to get the bottle of wine. The mini-bar should include 20 bottles (including water and soft drinks as well as beer and liquor).
