Qwksilver Posted July 23 #1 Share Posted July 23 I’m not sure if you are all aware of this major issue. Royal had the same major gaffe on our last cruise. It began once we got off the ship. These cards are useless. Once we got home, we went to the local coffee shop and the barista said these cards could not be used there. Then we went to the local café for some lunch. Same thing happened. In both places the managers were no help either. I even mentioned that we are Zenith 4x on Celebrity (they looked perplexed at this comment). This is unreal. In addition to this grief, we can’t find our room steward (Rhey) anywhere. Our bed hasn’t been made in 2 days. I mean c’mon what kind of service is this? I’m beginning to think he stayed on the ship. Just when I gave him great reviews on the Celebrity survey. Celebrity is definitely slipping and if we could find the ship, we’d let the captain know of our concerns. Thanks for letting me vent. Now if I could only find one of those bartenders as I’m in need of another margarita.
