Empehi Posted August 5 #1 Share Posted August 5 In the past whenever I submitted my shareholder information, I would be credited my shareholder OBC within a week. It has been five weeks and no OBC. Is Celebrity running this late in crediting OBC or is this the new normal? e
Rare cruisestitch Posted August 5 #2 Share Posted August 5 It took three days last month. Time to resubmit
lola2013 Posted August 5 #3 Share Posted August 5 Did you receive an email immediately after submitting your request to verify they received your request? It's an automated basic "we have received........will be in touch........" etc., etc. After I receive that, it no more than 2 or 3 days to get the OBC. If you didn't get that verification, it's likely they never saw your request...time to resubmit!
sweetgirl26 Posted August 5 #4 Share Posted August 5 I submitted the request on August 1st and received the credit on August 3rd. I agree it is time to resubmit.

wrk2cruise Posted August 5 #6 Share Posted August 5 I submitted one a couple weeks ago. I don't think I got the auto reply that they received but did get an email 3-4 days later saying it was applied.
Rare keesar Posted August 5 #7 Share Posted August 5 I agree it is time to resubmit. The morning after I had submitted the form, I received a confirmation that it had been received. Two days later, another email was received saying the request was approved and the OBC was applied to my sailing.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted August 5 #8 Share Posted August 5 I've done a couple recently and they were approved and applied within 48 hours. I would suggest re-submitting using the online submission.

bulldogz Posted August 6 #11 Share Posted August 6 Does RC Shareholders receive this as well or does it have to be Celebrity shares?
wrk2cruise Posted August 6 #12 Share Posted August 6 The stock ticker is RCL but the company is RCG and covers RCL, Celebrity, and Silver Seas. So yes as a RCL stockholder benefit applies to Celebrity sailings. The shareholder benefits page on the investor relations website has all the details.

jwlane Posted August 7 #16 Share Posted August 7 Submitted B2B2B request on Saturday the 3rd, posted to the planners today (7th).
wrk2cruise Posted August 7 #17 Share Posted August 7 Double check that it's applied by going to the Cruise Planner. Your total OBC from Celebrity (not TA) will be displayed on the top banner. I got response for 4 sailings a week ago or so. When I checked 2 sailings didn't have it applied so I replied to the confirmation emails for those 2 sailings and asked them to double check. Next day it showed up
