What is the first thing you do after getting onboard and checking out your cabin?

Hit the buffet, followed by a drink, then exploring the ship!:)

Take my carry-on luggage to cabin; lunch in buffet; tour ship...in that order.

We usually check out the cabin, drop off our carry-ons, make reservations for the speciality restaurants (if available) grab a cocktail and tour the ship.

It depends on the timing and if we can occupy our cabins but normally, we drop things off, check out the cabin, read all the junk that is there and head for the buffet. As soon as we feed our faces, we take a quick tour of the ship and head back to the cabin for a drink.

What's with the buffet???? Shoot--I eat a late breakfast, so I don't need to feed my face! I wear my bathing suit under clothes, and head to the pool! Grab a nice, frozen drink (something festive) and start sunning!

Other. We explore the ship, maybe get some lunch, then get a drink. Somewhere in there we go back to the cabin, unpack and get ready for muster and sail away.

First I check to see what size/where my dinner table is and what time I have been assigned. Usually the second thing is to go find the maitre d' to get it changed. Then go get a drink.

Check the bed out, have a cigarrette,then a snooze, whilst my younger wife unpacks, have a shower, we are very green so we save water and towels, get a couple more drinks from room service, sit on the balcony and enjoy each others company, by then it should have calmed down outside, if not just repeat above leaving out the unpacking.
