I agree, it's a gorgeous gown; might be a bit difficult to bring onboard, but would look beautiful on formal night!

 

What's with Priscilla Presley? Is it me, or does she just look creepey???

I agree, the gown was lovely; Samantha always has beautiful dresses.

 

Also agree on Priscilla; there's been a little too much botox/surgery done there! It is kind of creepy-looking--I'm not sure she can move her face.

 

Okay, sorry, that was pretty catty; maybe I'm just jealous since she's around my age (a little younger, but close) and has no lines or wrinkles.

You can always get the same effect by taking a black strapless gown and pinning a Swarovski broach to the front of the dress.

 

I did something similar with a black halter backless ABS dress I got at a thrift store for $5 and put a blingy broach at the base of the V on the halter front and the lowest part of the backless in the back.

 

I got tons of compliments on that dress.

What I see in Presley is that someone badly botched her lips and mouth giving her a rather bizarre appearance. When will women learn that too much cosmetic surgery and too many cosmetic procedures can actually be very aging instead of contributing to a more youthful appearance?

 

She probably had the same surgeon as Michael Jackson:eek: --and yes that was a terrible thing to say.

 

I agree with everyone about Samantha's dress--she looked better than she ever has--awesome gown! I was thinking I'd love to wear that dress, but there are not a thousand surgeons in the world that could get me to look like that:D

Saw someone on our last cruise that had the poufiest gown I've ever seen on a cruise. I almost asked her how she packed it. When she came down the narrow steps from the upper part of the casino, it was as wide as the steps.

 

Priscilla is VERY creepy. Will be interesting to see how she looks when they talk to her. But no one freaked me out more than Lisa Renna with those LIPS.

Samantha does look good-especially since she has lost the baby weight. I only caught a couple of glimpses of Priscilla, but I thought she looked strange. However she has to look better than that daughter of hers. I didn't get a really good look at any of the women, but I don't think any of them are real head turners. Shannon Elizabeth lips look like they have had too much collagen injected-kinda reminded me of Lisa Rina. The skater, Christi Yamaguchi had so much eye make-up on (yes I know she wears that when she skates) that she looked like a characture of herself and they have a lot of work to do on Monica Selles(sp?).

 

Now I need to go refill my saucer!

And I've heard Lisa Rinna claim her lips are natural. Yeah, like Pam Anderson's chest is natural.

 

Loved the black dress. She looked fantastic. Heck, she looked great when she was preggers.

 

Ms Presley looked downright scary and she looked drugged out. Did you see her eyes? She looked like she was lost in la la land.

I thought that poor Priscilla looked like the puppet Madame Flowers from Wayland and Flowers. Too much surgery! Not too shabby dancing for 62 though.

I have noticed that from season one. I really enjoyed Drew Lachay when he subbed for her during her pregnancy. It was a disappoinment when she returned and it was back to her limpid hostessing.

 

Presley surprised me when she danced, doing better than I imagined she would, but she looked exhausted at the end. I don't know how well she could manage a really demanding dance such as a quick step or swing. Her gown was such a beautiful color...true emerald green.

 

Yamaguchi looks as if she will be the one to beat, but Maitland impressed me too...way more than I imagined she could.

I had the same reaction to Priscilla Presley. I think she and Joan Rivers might travel in the same circles. She sure is flexible for 60-something, though!

Ok-now to something nice-the gown was beautiful and she is beautiful.

I saw an interview with Lisa Renna and she actually had the gall to say when she was born her mother said, LOOK AT THOSE LIPS! It's quite simple to find pictures of her "before" and there was certainly nothing wrong with her looks. Her lips look like they've been turned inside out, not just plumped.

 

OK, I'm done with Lisa.:D

I realize that PP has gone a little far in her quest for a youthful look. She has always been a beautiful woman, I think if she would lighten her hair it would work wonders, her hair is way too dark for her age.

 

I also think that she was very nervous, you could see it in her eyes, I really felt for her.

 

IMHO, it must be hard working in Hollywood, every where these women turn are young beautiful starlets. They must feel awful pressure to keep that look up to get jobs. Sad.

 

At any rate, nothing will change the way I think of PP, she is still beautiful on the inside.

 

I think Monica Seles had the only honest true look. She is who she is, she laughs about it, and makes no apologies!!! Go Monica! We are each beautiful in our own way.
