Live from the Monarch - Panama Canal repositioning

Kleenex all around!

I love listening to Angelo before the bar stools all filled up. The best piano player IMHO was Eric Pukara, who was on for a few months in 2007, including during our CC cruise. We liked him so much that when we were in Toronto we drove a couple of hours to hear him play at a lodge.

What a thrill!!! I got up early to see the Monarch enter the Panama Canal. I waited and waited and waited and waited. I thought maybe I didn't get up early enough. Just when I was about ready to give up, I see the bow of a cruise ship. Lo and behold it was the Monarch!!! That was 8ish Tucson time. I read that it would take about 8 hours to go through the canal so I logged on at 4 and watched the Monarch pass out of the Panama Canal. Thank you so much Rick and all for the links. This was super fun. It almost looked like she wouldn't fit. There certainly wasn't much extra room there.

Hope it was a fun trip Rick.
