Received an email this morning saying "We'll See You Soon!" and listing an onboard credit. Then I looked at the sailing date and it was for this Sunday on Allure, two days away. Only problem is that we don't have a reservation on Allure this Sunday. Never did. What's going on? Has anyone else received an email for a non-existent cruise?

Is the Have it All package refundble if I cancel with cruise using HAL insurance?

Point well taken. As a matter of fact, I would never sail on Easter. My comment was for those who do choose to sail. We were recently on Radiance of the Seas and one of the featured singers led a wonderful non-denominational Sunday service which was attended by about 60. It can be done without causing havoc to the schedule.

Diamond Plus is the most overlooked status and the status most taken for granted. The double point promotion and ease in qualifying made Diamond relaatively easy to attain and has devalued the importance of the Diamond Lounge. In addition, access to the Concierge Lounge has been taken away from D+. YET, There is such a large gap between Diamond Plus and Pinnacle that there needs to be an additional level added between D+ and Pinnacle with SIGNIFICANT benefits. This has been discussed for years. Why hasn't it been implemented?

We have to cancel an existing non-refundable cruise before final payment. Is there any advantage to transfering the booking to a new cruise (ship and date) while canceling the old one? Thanks!

We took an excursion which picked you up after exiting the ship, did a tour, dropped you off for a few hours and then picked you up and took you to the airport. It was not an RCCL tour but available after leaving the ship. Try googling it.

I have never experienced the staff pestering or even asking for tips on RCCL

Another "enhancement" from RCCL. Diamond Plus are the least respected and most undervalued level in the fleet.

I hate to say it but I wonder if at also depends on how lazy the CL concierge (they seem to have the power to make the call) happen to be.
