We're leaving this Saturday on an Alaskan cruise on Eurodam and the app lists no formal nights. Every night is designated "smart casual." Is this correct? Has Holland America done away with formal nights on Alaskan cruises. If so, it makes packing a little easier.

Want the same servers each night for MTD? Simply ask at the check in desk and they will try to accommodate you. This works if you come at the same time each day.

Long Island (or Boston) Iced Tea ... Pina Colada Yes, I know if a drink is over $11 you only pay the difference but I like to avoid the hassle. Thanks in advance.

Never had a problem being near elevators. Indeed, these cabins may be preferable due to shorter walking distance.

For me, ir's a matter of corporate ethics and responsibility. Not everything can be measured in dollars and cents. As a shareholder, I care more about the physical well being of my fellow passengers than whether the company makes a nickel more a share. Will RCCL take its ethical responsibility seriously?

Will be sailing Holland America for the first time. I opted for the bundled price of $50 per day per person. It includes for 7 nights... One excursion up to $100 Unlimited wifi One specialty dinner Up to 15 drinks per day (a bit overkill if you ask me) It's an amazing deal compared to RCCL.

People will tell you "no problem." Just remember that stuff happens... at the port... at the airport. There are NO guarantees.

The real question is whether RCCL will have the ability to choose health over profit. Yes, banning smoking in the casino may impact the bottom line but we have to ask the ethical question... which is more important, corporate profit or customer health?
