  1. Thank you for keeping us updated! 🙂
  2. @wendellman Hi! We haven't been on with the 360 yet, but hope to soon! We will be back on Majestic in Australia in November ❤️ You do remember correctly about the wines. We took a case, some of our Wattle Creek, some other assorted nice ones, including a beautifully cellared 1979 Heitz Cellars Cabernet . We also enjoyed some of the ship's inventory a well. For the UB dinner, we enjoyed our last one on a late port evening in Hawaii (I think that it was Maui). We had a large balcony, but the size is NOT essential, just the company 😊. We started with the cocktail, then champagne, and went with their suggestions, the full nine yards and it was perfect! We engaged our head server in conversation and it made for a very pleasant evening. My best suggestion is just sit back and enjoy; that is our favorite part of any cruise, and the UB dinner is a most special part of that. I am so glad that you remembered! If you have any questions, please ask! 😊 I admit to being the queen (or countess) of the details to get us to and from the cruise, but once we're there, it is just being "on holiday".
  3. I'm going to try to put this politely: just because someone has an accent doesn't mean that they aren't USA-based...
  4. I do have to throw in here: the CG on the Majestic is still great.🥰
  5. That lack of difference or difference may be because the Aussies are the predominant guests onboard those cruises and are predominantly nonsmokers, so...
  6. I think that the question is if the passport needs to be valid for six months after, as it expires in August; for that you need to check the countries that you will visit on the cruise. They will all have websites, but as @cr8tiv1 pointed out, you have done your share. They can show up with their docs that they have and hope that none of the ports require a six month post-cruise expiration. Have a good cruise and worry about your cruise, not theirs! 🥂
  7. Then they will probably land at the $150 that they discussed. 🥂
  8. They say that they'll have heaters outside on the Sun to mitigate the cold... 😄
  9. Maybe they'll just keep it complimentary, but "invite only", something mysterious to aspire to... ❤️
  10. From the Princess site: they only say that you will "most likely" be moved and don't mention a balcony... Anyone reporting or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will be reviewed by the shipboard medical staff and tested. Positive cases that do not require admission to the ship’s medical center, or medical disembarkation, will most likely be moved to a different stateroom for the duration of isolation
  11. If you speak to your headwaiter on the first night, they will be happy to help you plan each evening's meal with the menu; they're amazing at that, with any dietary needs, restrictions, or even just wanting to eat healthier! 😃
  12. Sooo...you DON'T want service?🤔I'm not judging, just asking, because that would be the complaint from most, is that "I sat there for hours, and no one offered to serve me".
  13. You can also check your cruise personalizer under my account and in onboard credits it will show if you have any current freeplay offers.
  14. For the suite experience, I'll stick to hopping my happy bippy (or the Count's) over to the Concierge Lounge for the fancy-schmancy Italian Espresso that they make, which may or may not be enhanced by Bailey's or some other spirit,,,🥂
  15. It already includes the gratuities, so just the flat $60 / $80😊
  16. The cruisehive article has since been discussed in several threads as being premature or misinformed. There doesn't appear to be a coffe only package, just the zero alcohol packages, the plus packages and the premiere packages.
  17. The one that I saw had his pajamas on, so unless his swimsuit was in there too...?🙃
  18. To avoid eating "finger foods" with your fingers: https://www.fourthoption.com/products/7-inch-eating-utensil-1
  19. ON our last cruise (Majestic), the Concierge host told us to "view the Concierge Lounge as an extension of your living room". This one older gentleman took that to heart. I went in to grab espressos one morning (I can neither confirm nor deny the presence of Bailey's in afore-mentioned espressos) and this gentleman came in with his robe and slippers...daily. So yes, it WAS an extension of the living room 😂
  20. I love that the threads can take on a life of their own 😂🥰🥂
  21. Yes you can; also, if on a Royal class ship, you can enjoy those in the Concierge lounge 🥰🥂
  22. The mid-aft suites, Riviera deck on Royal Class are wonderful: close to the Concierge Lounge, as well as the stairs. We don't need a huge balcony, just room for the two of us to enjoy our cocktails or an Ultimate Balcony Dinner on a late port evening. 🥰🥂
  23. Keeping you both in our thoughts for a speedy recovery. You always light up the boards in a great way!
