On Oasis our cabin was ready at 1:00. We always carry on our luggage too.

If I’m at the pool I’ll tip the roving waiter really well and tell them to make sure the drink is strong because I don’t want to be wasting calories lol. They keep coming back pretty frequently the rest of the day and usually find me the following days wherever I land. It’s a win win situation.

I watched a Vlog from a reviewer on Oasis two months ago that received a call to his Jr Suite at 7:45pm on the first night that they won their Royal Up to a CLS. He said they picked up the message around 8:45pm and made the move then.

And do they have a separate suite line starting outside? I never saw one last September. It always looks so disorganized outside.

Why not? You still get to pay reduced deposit and not tie up more money early. Plus the OBC. I always know exactly the cruise I’m going to book and the cabin number going in.

Not on Anthem because they have an enclosed family pool area.

Read the fine print for the Royal ones. They’re very restrictive unlike the Carnival ones.

I agree. The beaches were not nice and the vendors along the “boardwalk” were very aggressive. I wouldn’t go back. If I had Grandkids with me at that port I would just bring them into the port area and have them use that pool and let them shop for a souvenir.

No that’s the number of unvaccinated adults allowed. Not inclusive of children from my understanding.

Yes that’s how I think they’ll do it.

Princess announced that they are allowing 10% of adults passengers to be unvaccinated. No having to qualify just have to get in before the 10% fills up.

The most important thing with Royal Up is to know the price it would cost you to upgrade on your own before you bid too much. My recent Royal Up email has bid ranges that past the weak range is more expensive than upgrading myself.

The shower looks on the smaller side but I don’t think it’s too small. I’m hoping @twangsteror any of our other CC suite experts find this thread and chime in because I’d rather not have to stalk the RC to change decks if 14 is ok. I agree that we’ll definitely be ok….

Which deck are you on? We had a GS on 8 last fall. I love deck 8 but wasn’t impressed with the GS. The bathroom in the OS looks much better with the jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the balcony looks nicer with more room for the loungers. In the GS the loungers were crammed into a corner and couldn’t be turned to face the ocean. I’m thinking the OS is going to be perfect except I’m not sure about deck 14. I always book cabins between cabin decks.
