  1. Log in with your MSC account. Click on MSC Voyagers Account on the top of the page. You should see your Membership info, your points, your status, your past cruises point details (if any), and your expiration date.
  2. I can't take credit for that spreadsheet. That was bear3412. I've made other lists but the one by bear3412 helped me when I first joined CC. As for the noise, I've read several complaints about noise/sounds on Prima but a list wouldn't be as helpful as some of the other lists/spreadsheets. A noisy stateroom might be silent the following week because the weather/current was different. All cruise ships flex to some degree and the sounds can vary. If it's a permanent sound like a noise near the bed whenever someone down the hall flushes the toilet, or the sound of cruisers going down a waterslide, THAT would be useful information. If the walls between staterooms are so thin that conversations or TVs can be heard by neighboring guests (I've read complaints of both on Prima), that might effect the majority of the ship. Hopefully, any issues found on Prima will be corrected with Viva and with the remaining ships in the class.
  3. Not exactly. The website gives general information but the ship's dailies give the specific information for each sailing. For example, some ships have a MDR that requires long pants and some other ships allow shorts in all MDRs.
  4. When the pictures were first shown, I was the first to make a comment about what the chandelier looks like........ ...a mod deleted the comment.....😉 ...but others noticed the same thing that I did.....
  5. There's nothing wrong with bringing 12 suitcases if someone so desires. The 12 suitcases easily fit in the stateroom. There's nothing wrong with expecting and getting the service that one has paid for. The only "distain" is for those who interlope into the Yacht Club even though they have not paid for access and services that others have paid for.
  6. The children in your group will probably be among other children in the Haven and some children will be younger than your youngest. The staff will likely dote on the children more than the staff will service the adults. As for other Haven guests, some will be happy to see a lovely family. Some will not even notice. Some will grumble under their breath at the sight of anyone under the age of 30. As long as children (and adults) behave in a manner that doesn't negatively impact other cruisers, everyone will have a great time.
  7. You can even go to both on the same day and have dinner twice.
  8. OP asked for either... Even for the Haven, it doesn't look like there is an adult-only pool.
  9. If I'm selling a widget, I can double, triple, or quadruple the asking price. If people still buy at the inflated price, the widget isn't overpriced.
  10. The "official" list of ships hasn't been released but Prima/Viva could be on it. It's still unknown if it is a bad batch of panels recently installed or if all of the Paroc panels are bad. It's still early so more info will come.
  11. More than likely, the pool in the Haven is for all ages* *Yes, the website states something different...... "Deck 17 is open to all Haven guests. Deck 16 is restricted to age 16+." - LINK ... but it's probably Deck 16 is open to all Haven guests. Deck 17 is restricted to age 16+. If VIVA has problems with "those panels", NCL is probably more concerned with passing inspection than with website corrections.
  12. Guest #1 (adult) gets the PBP. Guest #2 (child) gets the soda package. When you book, the system will assume that guest #2 is an adult and will add the service charge for the PBP. Once the age of guest #2 is entered, the service charge will drop to the service charge for the soda package.
  13. Part of the balcony above provides some cover when on the deck 8 balcony. The majority of it is uncovered, though.
  14. Thanks for the tip. We usually drive to Miami the morning of the cruise but I'll keep this in mind if we decide to drive the day before.
  15. It's just a guess on my part but I believe that the demographic for Divina will be less rowdy than the demographic for the newer MSC ships. Plus, with the itinerary, it's likely that fewer children will be on that sailing. Since you're already familiar with MSC's.....idiosyncrasies, you should have a great cruise. 😁
  16. That's the Holy Grail. The most unique Yacht Club stateroom on the ship. I have a good video of that one. 😁
  17. I don't have a photo/video of that exact stateroom but the stateroom opposite of 19018 (19013) does have the walk-in closet... ...so I would guess that 19018 also has. The more I look, the more weirdness that I am finding as far as missing symbols for certain staterooms. That's one of the reasons why I am taking so long with the lists. Any anomalies will only be known based on photo/video or comments from people who have actually stayed there. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if Seashore and Seascape aren't identical....which would make me have to start the lists all over again.
  18. The color is different but there are loungers there. If they aren't there, just ask your room steward for 1 or 2...or 3. There's plenty of room.
  19. Seaside/Seaview and Seashore/Seascape are very similar. The newer/larger ships (Seashore/Seascape) have some changes from the older/smaller 2 ships as far as layout and location of a few things. I enjoyed being on both and found both to have plenty of open space. Unfortunately, too many people congregate in certain areas making the area feel crowded. IF guests don't discover the open spaces, they might complain that the ship is crowded. For example, if you're looking for an available lounger, don't go where everyone else goes. There are plenty of available loungers with a great view of the ocean all over the ship. I've only been on Meraviglia as far as the Meraviglia/Meraviglia Plus classes but I did enjoy that one, too. I have World America booked but I've never been on World Europa. I'm not much help as far as any ship built before Meraviglia. I'm partial to the larger/newer ships..... ...but some people do prefer the smaller ships.
  20. The balcony on deck 10 (10314/10914) is larger than the balcony on deck 13 (13306/13906). The staterooms are the same size and are configured the same. The only differences are that port and starboard are mirror images of each other. ^^ 13306 ^^ 10914 (on Escape...same size as Encore)
  21. Were you in a Deluxe Suite or a Deluxe Grand Suite on deck 19? I'm currently making a list of the Deluxe Grand Suites that have/don't have a walk-in closet. I have photo/video confirmation of a little more than half and I could probably guestimate some of the others. Any bit of info helps.
  22. Starting points... Classic = 1 Silver = 2,200 Gold = 4,300 Diamond = 10,000
  23. The normal price of the 2SDP is $99 + 20% service charge. The promo "gives" you the 2SDP and you pay only the service charge. On the ship, the meal will be covered by your SDP when you use it and your service charge has already been paid before you board the ship. You don't have to pay anything extra unless you order something not covered by your SDP.
