Generally 30 minutes prior to sailaway, though the captain may set an earlier time. If at a tender port the last tender is usually an hour before sailaway. -
You get tags from the porters and don't worry about the docs

it depends on whether or not it is refundable. Refundable OBC can be used for gratuities non refundable can't.
