  1. RS will be $5 per order. Except, continental breakfast is still free IF you use the paper door tag to order it the night before. If you do a lot of RS for lunch, dinner, snacks, then you may be better off paying to initiate the Ocean Now App for $14.99 one time fee. This will allow you to order delivery food/drinks to wherever you are, including room service, unlimited. You just can’t use the phone to order, RS, use the App on your phone or TV. Yes, these charges will come out of your OBC on your folio. The other option is to UG to the current Plus beverage package, which is $60 pp per day. Have a great cruise! Welcome back!   4. No. You tried individual, day at a time? It may be closed now, this close to sailing. Or, it’s the Royal with issues. I just did some for 2024 & 2025. No problem.
  5. Yes, it will be you purchasing them with your credit card and her email address. So, make sure she forwards the confirmations to you, in case they are lost. We both have registered email addresses with Aarp and can each buy our 5 limit each month, using the same CC.

  7. NP. Make sure to click on print travel summary in your cruise personalizer. Ours show’s boarding 1130 am, so we’ll go about 10-1030 probably.
  8. Don’t worry for a moment, if you’re in the blue lane. It only takes a few more minutes to pick it up at the port. Really not a big deal. Happy cruising.
  9. No more arrival times. That has been deleted on the App also. Go whatever time is convenient for you. Check your travel summary, just above Itinerary: Shows your boarding time and sail time. There have been many attempted updates to the App lately causing back and forth green and blue. If you have to pick up at the port, you’ll go into the blue lane. You can order the medallion and just click pick up at port if your outside of the US. No big deal.

  11. Since your Plus, wouldn’t it be more advantageous for you to be under the new changes? Unless, of course, you’re under the Plus50. I just noticed the crab shack cover charge on your post.
  12. Yes, some of the bigger agencies do have a dedicated line. Mine is a smaller agency, but very helpful. Has your TA been able to get a cabin for you, in the same situation posted by the OP?
  13. It says on the website if it’s refundable. Check your cabin and price, as it should say above the price. You choose a cabin is usually refundable deposit.
  14. Yes, you should have seen share with others or private table when you booked. As to the actual size, if you prefer 6 or 8, etc. Tell them when you first go to the MDR for dinner. If it’s for 2, private table, then book it that way on the App ahead of time.
  15. Look at your travel summary. At the bottom of Flights…. Above the Itinerary… Bold print tells you your ship boarding time and sail time. It’s listed even months out, you don’t have to wait until the day before to see it. Recheck that close to sailing, in case they change it though.
  16. Could your TA call PCL and have them get the room you want, if you see it available? I know, they don’t want to call PCL either. They should have a dedicated Agency line for TA’s to work with them, but mine said they do not have one for them. Or, as suggested, book what you want for 3 and have the TA pick it up and straighten it out. If they can’t, cancel the 3rd person later. Sad, this is still an issue. It could be a marketing strategy, as I’ve seen this happen, far out. Then, months later, if the cruise is not full, they open a few more (for 2) in that category for sale, that were once only open for 3. Maximizing revenue? JMO We really don’t know, it could also be a programming error too. Not much feedback on this subject.
