    Any of the hotels at the Pooler exit (near the Savannah airport) are fine for a one-night stay. Plenty of restaurants and shopping, too.

    Glad you got home safely. For comparison, my fare to the Brightline station was $15.75; I gave the guy $20. Uber estimates were running $35. 😲

    But then there's this: Excludes Mini Bar, Juices at Gelato, Room Service, beverages on Half Moon Cay, Freestyle Coca-Cola and any self-service draft beer.

    I was actually pretty proud of myself that my account was going to have a credit balance of a few cents, but between this and the 25% off on my Pinnacle lunch today (forgot!), I have $5.52 of HAL's money to spend. Argh.

    I had a vanilla one on NS a couple of days ago and it had a strange taste. I might try a chocolate one.

    I saw a lot of art today when they took the elevators out of service to test the backup generators. Who knew there were that many stairs between deck 1 and deck 9?

    I haven't even gotten that far. My screen just flashes and whatever I press isn't there anymore. Good thing I don't have epilepsy.

    I saw one on the Christmas display on Deck 2 this morning. I tried to remove it (it's tacky, IMO), but it's glued down and I didn't want to damage the display.

    Yes. Onboard now and app is essentially unusable. I use the web version.

    I don't need a "wow" factor, especially if the factor is "Wow, that ship is big and ugly," which I said yesterday about the Carnival Celebration.

    I wish they'd post the library's hours in the daily. I am anxiously awaiting Finlay Donovan #4.

    There's roast beef today in the Lido on the NS. The MDR has been good. My issue is with the menu descriptions, which often leave out an ingredient that I don't want.

    Great series. I'm waiting for this one to come out in paperback because I have the other three in that version. It's hard waiting!! Re: announcements. I could swear the first daily said no announcements before 8 a.m., but I've heard three so far this morning.

    I wouldn't worry about krone in particular. The Scandinavian countries are essentially cash free.

    I paid $149 for the thermal suite pass prior to my cruise and it's currently being sold onboard for $179.
