I always go via the Celebrity Cruises FB page. Providing it’s not a weekend I get an answer the same day. This works in UK, not sure if it does elsewhere.
My advice is to book now if there is availability, as they do get sold out.
If there is a ‘Sale’ you can always go into your booking via Manage my Reservation, then History and cancel and rebook at the reduced price.
I’ve done it frequently.
On another thread, someone mentioned that their husband could no longer be insured, as he is now over 80.
Fortunately, our bank still insures my husband and I.
We are 80&82.
if they ever refuse us insurance , then we will be forced to stop cruising.
As Celebrity have taken tips out of the All Included, we have chosen to transfer our next cruise to Princess, who have them included in their Premier package, which came with our booking.
D4. Balcony
Booked very slightly less than 9 months ahead.
No it wasn’t originally booked as a guarantee, but we did use a TA.
It came with Princess Plus.
Fish was OK, but I am used to clearing my plate( I was brought up in the war and rationing ).I was told there are many starving people who would love the food, so we learnt to eat everything.
For the first time I have a true complaint.
I was served chickpeas as vegetables with my fish on our most recent cruise.
Along with the withdrawal of gratuities from the AI package, we have changed cruise lines for our next cruise.
I was sent an email asking what I thought about the recent webinar that I watched.
This was the heading:
”We’d love you know what you thought of our webinar.”
Well to start with, no one checked the grammar!
The email continued:
Why did I watch it- my answer to see if they addressed a question that I asked prior to the Webinar.
No answers were given to any questions we were asked to submit.
Also no Pups attached.
I’m afraid that my final comment was that for me, it was a waste of time.
Personally, I would go for the Aqua room, so you can access Blu, especially if it is priced less. Just be aware that you may loose some perks, eg OBC ( if you have any).
Thanks for the link, I have taken a screenshot of page 1.
We were last on the Crown Princess in 2016 and were then assigned a dining room.
It appears dining has changed since then and it’s taking a long time to get my head around what is available to us for no extra charge ( we are booked with Princess Plus, as it came with the booking).
Last time we were on a Princess ship was Crown in 2016.
Then we were assigned a table in the Main Dining room.
Is this no longer the case?
We are on Sky in September.
