The only thing good I can think of is that it’s a helluva lot better than Enchantment.. 😉 I do like the ice show when the little guys with mustaches come out and skate around though
If I’m understanding this right, you got inconvenienced by missing your Radiance cruise because of uncontrollable circumstances (which is understandably disappointing) but got a full refund and a free cruise (in FCC) and you’re all upset after losing $50 in obc?
I think you’re still way ahead.
I might could tolerate the higher prices if the quality of the cruise was the same as it was before. As it is, I feel insulted when they expect me to pay elevated prices for decreased services and terrible food. I’ve got one more on the books and that’s probably the end for me.
Maybe all these new cruisers will accept the status quo as the norm and continue to cruise, but it’s a matter of principle for me.
When I was in the CLS on Harmony, the steward kept us supplied with the big bottles of Evian the whole two weeks we were there. Not sure if that’s standard procedure or not. Also, as before, always available in the suite lounge.
On a recent cruise, I received a certificate offering $200 off a cruise if booked within 60 days (I think). Didn’t use it. It probably gets absorbed in the final price like D discounts anyway…
It’s probably been six years since they had that.
At times, I’ve seen a little cart on the promenade selling sushi.
Otherwise, about the only thing close to sushi I’ve seen on Liberty is the undercooked fish and chips in the MDR….
