    I agree if you can get a boarding pass before you have left home it would be easier

    I agree. If you do not have a boarding pass for your next flight it will not be classed as connecting. Easy these days going through immigration though with the enhanced passports. Just tap and go.

    Thank you again. Brings back so many memories. i enjoyed the Colosseo area. Similar concept on Carnival Celebration but IMHO better utilised on Toscana.

    The Curly Wurly bar is made by Cadbury. Might taste like Marathon (made by Mars) did, but not the same.

    Not necessarily. Some people have been upgraded from lower categories. Some cancelled.

    My theory is that Japan has requested a block of empty cabins to be available for quarantine. This would possibly all be in the same area. After what happened on the Diamond Princess in Feb / March 2020 I can understand this.

    Sorry to hear about your lost passport and consequently cancelled Miracle cruise Karen. What a shock. Glad that Carnival insurance gets you 75% back as FCC. Hope your new passport arrives soon.

    Not really. One of my worse cruises was Independence OTS TA to Southampton. Royal had promoted this in the UK with included drink package. Lots of drunken noisy behaviour including people openly having sex in the hot tubs. I had done the TA on Independence before and it was fine. My point is the demographics can change.

    I have used Air2Sea, Flights by Celebrity and Fly2Fun (Carnival ) I only use them for one way Transatlantic flights. I find little benefit for using them to USA. Pricewise that is. One benefit of course is you do not have to pay until final payment.

    No Gerry.. It will be Carnival Venezia. Keeping the Costa funnel though. It will be Carnival loyalty perks. I am booked on the TA Barcelona to New York on 29th May.
