  1. Glacier Bay was indeed fantastic, but we also really enjoyed College Fjord. Beautiful.
  2. Pretty much. Breakfast in the Windjammer is open early, so you can go eat and get back to your cabin before they announce debarkation is open. There are people who bring their luggage to breakfast, but that's not necessary. Then you go to deck 4 or 5, whichever, and find the line to get off. Easy-peasy.
  3. We were on Majesty in late 2019 and the handicapped stall in the ladies' room was occupied. I was on a scooter for a broken foot, and someone knocked on the door of the stall, thinking they were helping me. I was prepared to hobble to a regular stall when the door opened and a man pushing his wife in a chair came out. He was very apologetic, and the woman who was so impatient had the grace to look embarrassed. A family bathroom would have been very useful there, and I'm glad the newer ships have them.
  4. I don't recall ever seeing one, on any ship.
  5. My friend, who had been stationed in Germany, introduced us to a Coke-weizen. Whatever wheat beer they had, and mixed with Coke. She was in heaven once the bartenders at the pub started bringing it automatically (and at no extra cost).
  6. If that is what they have been doing, that works, so thank you!
  7. Just out of curiosity, why? Seven doubled is 14. 🙂
  8. I couldn't find the previous conversation that was discussing how long it took for my vaccines to be validated on the app. It just popped up for me, so three weeks and a two days.
  9. We'll be doing 14 days next spring for the TA, so we'll do just that - try it for the fun of it.
  10. Are they share apps, or so small that it's one per person?
  11. Blue cheese stuffed inside an olive is in no way a comparison to velveeta-infused vodka and drips of liquid 'cheese' in the glass. 🙂
  12. I just like checking in. It's part of the excitement! 🤪
  13. You will see tuxes and evening gowns, and people still in shorts and t-shirts. Dress however you're comfortable.
  14. They are letting him back in the elevators, I think! Otherwise, he's often on Deck 11 near Windjammer, or on any deck just outside the glass elevators.
  15. Plan on testing. If you don't have to, then that's all good, but don't get caught out with wishful thinking.
  16. We forgot to look under our chairs last cruise on the Mariner and didn't notice them until the last day..... 🙂
  17. We carry a beach bag that we have our swimwear in, since our first stop after the muster station is the Solarium hot tub. I just put it in the bottom of that bag.
  18. I second the Congratulations Graduate! That's an accomplishment!
  19. I cannot answer, as we have travelled with friends since the restart and we had tables for our group.
  20. I'm not going to get excited about it until they actually send the email saying pre-cruise testing is discontinued.
  21. We have early seating, and it seems to be in dining room 3 and 4. Late seating, according to the app, is in Dining Room 4. MyTime Dining is in Dining Room 3.
  22. Interesting, because we're in a B3B with three different cabins and my TA is working on it. The final one is a GTY, so there might be hope. If not, we'll enjoy the different areas of the ship. Also, I don't think I'll be booking GTY again. 🙂
  23. We will also be moving cabins, so I'm interested in hearing how this works out.
  24. I always pick up a few extra envelopes at Guest Services and return them to the box they have for gratuities. There is always someone who stands out. Last cruise it was Alfredo, the guy cleaning the decks in the Solarium on Mariner. Their hot tub bubbler has a button that doesn't always work unless you know the magic - and he knows the magic. So he made our trip better by mashing the button the right way when he saw us struggling with it. It's completely up to you.
  25. Enjoy. 5 ways I made my cruise cabin feel more like home while sailing for a week on the world's largest ship https://www.insider.com/how-to-make-cruise-ship-cabin-feel-comfortable-like-home-2022-7?fbclid=IwAR2qlYsaDIIRQNsfC-6VM-kMxw57broeV8Gmc8NnUiPPft4mBHN2UJcitic#stick-a-magnet-on-your-door-its-not-only-festive-but-makes-the-room-easier-to-spot-in-a-hallway-of-identical-doors-3
