Thanks to all for helpful comments. I just cancelled. My sister is not acclimated to even mildly chilly temperatures. For me, the water slides is probably not a good idea while dealing with a shoulder injury, either.
Looking at the weather for next week when we are in The Bahamas, gusty and high temps in the 70s, I'm inclined to think the water slides will be chilly. Common sense tells me to get a refund for the water park. Thoughts?
To be fair, I saw a spot on YouTube that shows the attraction; it is much different from my idea of a ropes course and more innovative and thrill-inducing. The ship itself doesn't interest me, anyway.
Just my $.02, anyone who travels will eventually have an emergency alarm, you calmly follow the instructions, and stand by until the all-clear, then it's over. I'm fine with not knowing the reason as it doesn't change anything.
I hope this doesn't happen. I can see having a fee perhaps so kids don't all swarm that particular area all the time, but make it say $20, and make sure the design is worth paying for.
If it's back, it will be interesting to hear reviews. I'm always skeptical when I see crab claws because it they have ever been frozen, they are dreadful. At my workplace, we serve a seafood tower, it's a very high-profit item but occasionally there will be a supply issue.
Love the '70's party and hope they keep it, but they could change it up some, so much very good dance music that deserves to be featured, not just Village People.
Glad you had a good time. Love MN. People who really know how to have fun without being vulgar. Thongs are gross and should not be worn in public. It's frightening to think of what's next!
Nearly everything has a dark side. And I am not disagreeing or arguing. Now this is getting interesting.
The tipping culture is just one small example of unfair factors everywhere you go. Why are medical sales people usually very attractive? Why do women prefer tall men?
Worked around the glitches....using the app, thrill waterpark $43.99, but to get Voom I signed onto the website with my phone for the $17.99. Finally a real sale! 🙄
Well well well, the cruise planner checkout page is frozen, and I called and the phone rep says he can't even get into the system. He said "don't worry, they're working on it. I apologize for any inconvenience." I'm not holding my breath to actually get the Coco Cay thrill pass for $43.99. Grrrrr. Is anyone surprised? 🤣
