I’d be very satisfied with the compensation Princess is offering. It seems very fair to me. I’d be happy to be on the ship for 10 days and getting 75% refund and 75% FCC. While onboard I’d be looking at booking a “do over” cruise for next year to Alaska. Also if you stay on the ship until 7/16 you don’t have to worry about rescheduling flights or extra nights in a hotel. You just go with whatever arrangements you had previously made.

For those who are onboard at least the weather has cleared up and there is some blue sky now. Holding out hope you all will be able to sail soon.

I priced 4 cruises for 2024 and 2025 earlier this week and all were on the the Score for ‘24 promotion. Today when I price all 4 they are each $2 cheaper so a big savings of $1 per person. What a joke!

You will each get a glass of fizzy stuff plus the wine set up in the RCMS. I mix my fizzy stuff with orange juice to make it drinkable. We also usually bring the wine home since we’ve got the the Plus package on most cruises.

Does anyone know how to interpret the 5 digit “sail date” codes that all start with 45###?

My favorite drink on the Princess drink menu is the Dunes. My favorite drink that’s not on the menu (I don’t think) is a Mailbu Sunrise, Malibu rum, OJ and grenadine.

Similar to the promotion they are offering now it was limited to certain sailings and it was offered on the B2B cruises we booked.

I also contacted our CVP yesterday and he confirmed our B2B cruises weren’t on the list. After I heard from him I looked at the email again with the list of destinations and Mexico wasn’t an option which is where we are cruising. We can’t complain though as we’ve got $1050 in OBC already for 11 nights and we got a promotion of the Premier package for the cost of the Plus package. Wish you luck in getting this additional OBC after you contact Guest Services.

Our CVP confirmed it is select sailings only and our 2 cruises in November aren’t included. Not disappointed as we’ve got great perks and OBC already. We didn’t expect anything else at this point.

We just got the email too! However we already have so much OBC for B2B cruises in November I’m not expecting Princess to give us this additional benefit too.

If these are your complaints you shouldn’t switch to Princess. We’ve done 5 cruises on Princess since 2021 and the things you don’t like on X are exactly the same on Princess. When I read your post it sounded exactly like threads on the Princess board. We will be taking our first cruise on X next year and I’m happy to hear that things are similar to Princess as we love Princess!

On past cruises the iced tea has been from concentrate (yuck) so I get tea bags in the marketplace and brew my own for iced tea. I’m very particular about iced tea and will only drink fresh brewed.

Majestic Princess is my favorite because it has the Hollywood Pool (covered) and the Hollywood Conservatory which is free to all instead of the Sanctuary. It also has my 4 favorite cabins.,,,club class forward facing mini-suites with huge balconies,
