The driver can drop you where the porters are and the porters will come to you usually. Personnel at the curb help arrange a wheelchair and escort for me. I tip both the escorts $10.
Uber can drop off curbside as far as I know. We get rides from our son or daughter.
Times when my son and DIL were coming with, we've never had a hard time at San Pedro finding handicapped parking right up front. This is over about 15 Princess trips, 3 NCL and 3 Celebrity.
