We use it, too, every cruise on a different line. They'll do special requests like cold wash or hang dry. Guess I'll have to figure that - don't want to bring 2 weeks of clothes, but don't want them to shrink in hot water. Hmmm...🤔

When you go back to Curacao save room for ice cream 🍦 In the Rif Fort (shopping mall you mentioned) is a GREAT ice cream place. Have smoothies, too. They make fresh waffle cones outside in front of their shop, you will likely smell them before you see it. How do we know everything is washed and dried hot - is it posted somewhere in their laundry service description or mentioned during a ship tour or Q&A? Just curious why the statements it is all hot water and hot dry. I've always been on a ship where I could do my own, but my next is Venezia where there is no self serve, so I'll be using laundry service.

Agree saving a couple dollars is not worth messing up a cruise, when it's more than a "couple dollars" as is often the case, that can mean no cruise at all. Certainly have to weigh the options and should always be willing to accept the worse possible outcome when doing a guarantee because that could be the cabin you get.

I'll be testing that in Sept B2B Venezia. It's been a couple years since I've done B2B on Carnival but have never received anything for the 2nd leg.

Not every sailing was included in the $1 deposit promo, so it could have still been visible w/o being $1 deposit.

The 14-day 11/26 Rome->FLL is right at Thanksgiving, perhaps undesirable to some, which may account for the low fill rate?

Awe, that was nice of them to give it to you. It really does look like a stylus. I got this a couple years ago on my first cruise at start up. I use it a lot - it lives in the pin loop on my tablet; the stylus is very handy for the tablet. nowhere near as cool as yours, but makes me smile a lot.

The nacho chips tend to go quickly for some reason (that bowl seems empty more often than full), but there will be crispy taco shells that you can break up. Love the waffle cones! Basic flavors are available everyday then they'll add a special flavor each day - check the sign at the Sweet Spot. Safe travels - enjoy your cruise!

We used Port Valet out of Seattle on Alaska Air in May. Our boarding passes reflected the correct seats. We also checked in the day before on Alaska Air website just because it made me feel better. Port Valet worked flawlessly. Be sure to attach your luggage tags you are provided by HAL on the ship and sit your bags out the night before w/everyone else. Safe travels - enjoy your cruise!

Disappointed to hear there's considerable inventory for the Nov 26 TA - I booked it about a month ago. Welcome the idea of more elbow room, but not warm to prices dropping. I added CO to that booking and have been trying since I booked to add HIA. Being told my rate is too low and not combinable w/my rate code, 11 calls have not gotten it added. So, the idea many people could be offered really good deals and that a chunk of them are likely to add HIA, does not sit well with me. But you are correct - they are great rates and anyone looking to visit those locales with the time to do it, should book. Thanks for sharing.

I never looked at mine unless I was booking something like excursions or dining or was making a payment. So, no telling how many I've missed. I read that they post on Wed so that's the one day I do check.
