  1. Am I reading this correctly that MSC requires EVERYONE to have a passport?
  2. Royal Caribbean’s website starts you must have a valid ID to board….
  3. the Voom people should be able to take care of it
  4. we were there on Thanksgiving Day and many places were closed. It might be a challenge finding a restaurant but not impossible
  5. https://dixiecrossroads.com/ one of the most popular in the area…
  6. Call Crown & Anchor 1-800-526-9723 and have your accounts linked. You will then be Diamond just as he is with all the perks that come with it…😎

  8. can’t help with Uber….here are some pre-paid shuttles you can check out: *Cortrans Shuttle *Cocoa Beach Shuttle *Cruise Control Transportation *GoPort
  9. The “no reservation” line on the right is for the people who have My Time Dining but did NOT make a reservation before boarding. It would not be for the people who have Traditional dining who decided to try My Time Dining….
  10. Here a list of some other recommended shuttles….
  11. In Canaveral they seat you in the terminal according to your assigned check in time. So they may or maybe let you in early but you will still be seated in the 1pm section to await actual boarding of the ship
  12. Since covid they don’t have toppers much anymore……what you might get is a comforter used for extra padding. And yes the beds are very firm!😩😩

  14. Staying up until midnight tonight to grab my early time slot for our Wonder cruise
  15. It costs a lot less to park off site and some people like to save money…. Parking at the port is about $18 per day and they charge you for the day your enter and the day you leave….so for a 7 day cruise you will pay 8 days of parking
  16. If you do decide to stay at the port here are the hotels closest to the port (less than a mile) that I would recommend….. *Hampton Inn Cruise Port/Home2Suites *Homewood Suites *Springhill Suites *Towneplace Suites *Residence Inn *Country Inn & Suites
  17. The Allure is a beautiful ship!!! These mega ships are great at spreading people out so to me it doesn’t feel as crowded as the smaller ships. There is so much to see and do!! But for me personally I would not want a cabin on Deck 14 as it is directly under the pool deck, which could be noisy when they are cleaning the decks in the middle of the night! if you can find another location I wouldn’t hesitate to book it!!
  18. you need to be OUT of your cabin by 8:00am and off the ship by 9:30 at the latest. Where you choose to hang out between 8:00-9:30 is up to you but it won’t be in the cabin… Remember other people are waiting to board……
  19. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Brickell and enjoyed it very much. Nice clean area and within walking distance to shops and restaurants
  20. We always buy trip insurance but never from the cruise line as you can get better coverage for less money through a third party. This is where we get our quotes and purchase our policies… www.insuremytrip.com
  21. It gets very mixed reviews on Trip Advisor…..and some are not good!
  22. Been on 52 cruises and have never been asked about my sunscreen….
  23. We have sailed multiple times in the past six months. They now call it Dress Your Best but it really doesn’t mean anything. You will see a few dressed formally, some who will do the shirt/tie and then you will see a lot of pants with collared shirts. If you are worried about having to dress formally don’t worry about it…..long pants or jeans and a nice shirt is fine even on the “formal” nights. You will not be out of place!!
