  1. First Princess cruise in 1989, espresso was no charge.
  2. The important thing is to speak with the head waiter (or whatever Princess is calling them today) in the MDR. They are trained to handle dietary restrictions - waiters are not. The head waiter will see you each day at dinner and take your order for then next day's dinner and for lunch if it's a sea day. With the one day notice, they can modify a lot of foods to be low sodium. As NavyVeteran said, just speak to the head waiter. If eating lunch in the dining room, request to see the lunch menu the night before too. cr8tiv1 has it right too. Some are much more helpful than others.
  3. As stated above, just speak with the Head Waiter. They will take your order the night before. You can also request the lunch menu for sea days in the dining room. Some are more helpful than others, and give more guidance.
  4. Water Taxi - Ft. Lauderdale, FL | Water Trolley | things to do in
  5. 5" x 5"---3 Speed---USB Powered---Small But Powerful Available on Amazon.
  6. U.S. Virgin Islands Cruise Ship Schedule (*****) Princess usually docks at Havenside.
  7. Was this a casino booking? Those have to be paid at time of booking.
  8. Let's try this again. Thar 30 some lines of code is a picture of the medallion. The color got bleached out of my custom medallion.
  9. I think most of the major cruise lines offer a branded card with different benefits.
  10. Not wearing any holder, It was in my pocket.
  11. We've had this happen twice.
  12. The smoking area is on the starboard side, the port side is non-smoking.
  13. The medallion still worked, but I got new trunks.
  14. They had it last November at Skywalkers. I've found diet tonic on most Princess ships. But, it's usually only at one bar. It's up to you to find that bar. If you do find it, and it's not your favorite bar, just tell your favorite bartender, and they will probably have it the next day. I usually bring a liter or two on with me, just in case.
  15. Check with the Courtyard, they may have a service that they recommend. They may also make arrangements for their guests.
  16. Lost mine in the pool for a couple of hours once. It slipped out of my swim trunks.
  17. This has been true on 11 of the last dozen cruises we have taken. On the Sky last March we had a Head Waiter didn't do his best. Example, one night we showed up and were told it would be a 45-minute wait for our table. We decided to be seated elsewhere. Fifteen minutes later, our waiter walked by and asked why we weren't at our regular table. The guy where we were seated thought that he was done for the night, and now he has a party of eight to serve. It was the worst service we've ever had on over 400 days of sailing Princess.
  18. Somewhat, but probably not too much. Example, Emerald Princess has 11 lifeboats on the starboard side, but only three of them are set up for tendering. For the most part they only use the double deckers to tender. This is on a lifeboat from Celebrity Beyond. I would rather tender than use it as a lifeboat. OPPS!
  19. We prefer the Amalfi, but we usually have aft cabins. Plus, it seems to be less crowded.
  20. Lucky you. But, when I saw it, it was 2:30am, by myself, nobody believes me. They say it was alcohol induced.😁
