On the round UK cruise in May, I was told it was is just Q1-2. When I pointed out that it said Q1-4 in the brochure, they said they would honour it. But for new cruises, no doubt the brochure is changed.
What a good idea. It could be the start of a series: Lina, Rival, Clan, Clara, Lava. You can make all sorts of words and pronounceable non-words from it.
Yes, they gave that derivation, though I’m not sure it is normal for the Romans to go round sticking random letter ‘i’s in words like that in second declension plurals.
Apparently Arvia means from the seashore, which seems fair enough, though it’s not a Latin word I’ve ever come across, nor has Lewis and Short’s Dictionary. So probably late Latin.
If by PH you mean Penthouse, I would go for a Q4, unless walking is a real trial. Q3s are near the lifts, and slightly larger, but I have never really noticed the size difference. Oh, and the view from the balcony is better because they are on the bit that sticks out. But I don’t think any of that is worth paying more for.
