  2. Thank you for writing a review, I look forward to reading it once it's published. I do think often the reviews say more about the person writing them than the subject of the review but if there is a pattern of complaints about the same thing then it's worth taking note.

  4. We've had some late afternoon sun after overnight rain and a cloudy morning. We have lots of leftovers, it'll be pulled pork and Pimms here for days ! We're watching the England Women's Football team and really hoping the game doesn't go to penalties 🤞
  5. Other thing to be aware of is that the balcony is metal but we don't mind those cabins. You might also have noise from the bow thrusters when docking.

  12. We've not gone yet ! We've just said goodbye to the last of our guests, it was a grey day but the rain held off until about 7pm. We had a nice mix of friends and family and I think MrHH had a good time.
  13. I would try out the ship the P&O cruise is on, the ships are very different and it's a long time to be onboard if you don't like it.

  15. I've never had any problems with the UK call centre, there is sometimes a bit of wait but I just try again later. Once the call is connected the staff have always been very helpful and pleasant.
