  1. If using $5 bets on Roulette don't forget to use your Captains Club Match Play as well.
  2. No your balance should reflect the resident discount. Don't wait until onboard
  3. There seemed to be some restrictions on the bonus OBC that weren't included in the T&C. Of course nobody can articulate what they are as my 2 sailings from Southampton on Apex in 2024 were supposedly denied like @gerelmx was. My TA asked for the T&C so I sent him the email which contained the full T&C so I suspect he is pushing it through the back channel. Probably not worth it for $50 but it the principle.
  4. I would plan to arrive no earlier than 10:15. Remember the people are still disembarking until about 9:30 and it then takes some time for the terminal to clear. Usually they don't start boarding the ship until 11.
  5. If it's an existing booking you should be able to see it at the top of your cruise planner. Otherwise you can call the number for existing reservations and use the automated system to request a guest invoice.
  6. I wouldn't in 100 years attempt to do this online. Especially after final payment. CALL!
  7. I believe they state you will be informed 48 hrs prior to sailing. I think that is when you get the denied email. Remember even a single last minute cancellation can cause a ripple effect of MoveUps to get the maximum revenue.
  8. Easy way is to check your credit card account. If you have not been charged then you currently have not won your bid.
  9. The T&C clearly states it's can be combined with NRD and cruise only rates.
  10. As you know we are on some of the same sailings with you. I don't see why not per the T&C as long as you are booked in Veranda or higher. I have the request into my TA. I really hate to keep bothering my TA for all these small tweeks to the promo. If your going to start your BF sale a week early then start it a week early. How many varieties of the BF promo will there be. I'm sure we will see a Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday variant in the next few days. Galapogos is the only exclusion. T&C copied from one of the multitude of emails I have received in the last 2 days for the promo: Bonus OBC Offer: Cruise must be booked Nov. 24 – 25, 2022 (the “Offer Period”) and applies to 3-night and longer sailings departing 12/02/22 – 4/30/25. OBC amounts are $50 per stateroom for verandas, Concierge Class, AquaClass® and the Retreat. OBC amount will be credited to guests’ stateroom folios. OBC has no cash value, is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. Bonus OBC Offer is combinable with BOGO 60% Off 2nd Guest Offer for Refundable Fares or BOGO 75% Off 2nd Guest Offer for Non-Refundable Fares, Overlay Savings and OBC offers, No Perk Rate or All Included and Cruisetours. Applicable to all prevailing Group rates that are named during the booking period. Not applicable to Galapagos.
  11. The current Black Friday promo awards OBC per passenger by sailing length regardless of cabin category. OBC Offer: OBC amounts are per person and vary by sailing length; 3 to 5 Nights $50 OBC per person ($200 per quad occupancy stateroom); 6 to 9 Nights $100 OBC per person ($400 per quad occupancy stateroom); 10 Nights and longer $200 OBC per person ($800 per quad occupancy stateroom.)
  12. June of 2019 they changed the rules so the shareholder credit can be combined with most promotions. Prior to that if you selected any perks or had any other promotion other than onboard booking it would be denied. Not the case anymore. I've have almost 20 approved since the restart.
  13. The refundable price is additive to the total cruise fare. The deposit amount is the same.
  14. You will need to contact your TA to handle this for you. If you wish to rebook using a refundable rate you will need to cancel and then book again. If you want to retain the non refundable deposit the existing reservation can be moved to the new ship/sail date. In the first case you will have to wait for the FCC so you would need to place a new deposit on the new sailing. In the second case I don't believe there will be any additional cash outlay. From what I understand they add the $100 pp admin fee to the new booking.
  15. You have 30 days to transfer to a TA. Finding a good TA is not easy and unfortunately you can't get much help on this site as they have rules against mentioning TAs.
  16. I submitted 3 on the online form last week. 2 or 3 days later I received the email for the first one on the list and showed on my account. Yesterday I resubmitted the remaining 2 individually. It's really a crap shoot.
  17. I would ask a Matre'd or the Restaurant Manager for help. As you know this is not typical for Celebrity. They are usually very good with dietary requirements.
  18. It's $30 dinner $20 lunch and I think $10 for breakfast. Since you are in a Royal Suite you may want to call the Shoreside Concierge and see if the $95/day rate is available to you for retreat privileges. It's sometimes available for upper suites when a family member is traveling in a non suite category.
  19. Last time I did it Lyft was ~$40. I think taxi is about double that. No problem getting a ride.
  20. Starting with Captains club might help but you have to get to the resolutions department as they are the only ones (well other than the executive office) who can override the standard offer.
  21. I found the barrel chairs more comfortable than any Revolutionized Retreat furniture on any other ship. They actually fit my BFA.
  22. If it's not in the chart there is no 1 cat upgrade.
