I was able to combine the pre-cruise discount listed in My Reservation and my Elite status discount. Cost was about $63 for a 7 day. I had to call Celebrity to get that discount. You can also upgrade onboard and it will be prorated but not at the pre-cruise rate.
Even with the Premium plan, you may not be able to get to certain sites due to location in the world. I really struggled with CC and FaceTime with the upgraded plan at times.
We ate there twice and it took one hour and a half to one hour and 45 minutes. We were not rushed at all and had drinks, appetizers, entrees and several desserts. Good choice of restaurant.
On the Beyond, there were about 30 people we saw wearing masks. We wore them in the theater as it was packed and we heard alot of hacking. There were cases on the ship. This cruiser came and sat next to me by the pool and she was not doing well. Coughing, sneezing, etc. I moved to a different location.
On Equinox, my bag was delivered one floor below.
As mentioned, when the ship leaves FLL or MIA, I put my phone in Airplane Mode. Then I enable WIFI which will allow me to use the app.
It is rare to see children in the Solarium pool during the day. On the one occasion, I went to the security agent on duty there and spoke with him. He took care of the situation.
The OP is correct in that the hours were not listed in the app but are clearly listed in the daily once onboard.
You should not have any noise from the elevators as the ship has been well designed. You may get more noise from the creaking and groaning in the walls and ceiling.
I feel a course is needed on how to operate the shower. Took me awhile to figure that out. Loved it once I knew how it operated.
I did not discover any short cuts to Eden. Exercise was good for us.
We have been disappointed with Tuscan on Solstice and on other ships as well. Murano is our first choice. But you cannot beat the view and wake in Tuscan..
We were just on the Beyond and the Internet was disappointing. We had both the Basic and Premium. On the Basic, we could send emails as long as there were no attachments. On the Premium, sometimes we could send emails with photos and other times we could not. On the Premium, FaceTime was really spotty and disappointing. I am glad I did not pay $$$ for the Premium.
I have found the Reflection to be more crowded than Silhouette in general. This was especially true in Blu. Plus, the Sky Lounge on Reflection was reduced in size to form a suite on one side. Silhouette for me.
I have not been able to obtain the 30% first night discount as advertised. On both cruises, I can score an 8% discount on any day but no 30% is available. One cruise is a year away.
There was a limited variety of sodas available on Beyond. By mid cruise, some Coca Cola products were unavailable. All came in cans at the bars.
No problems with too much or little carbonated water that occurs when using one of those machines. Cans are the way to go for best taste.
We were told that the Suites and Aqua Class were completely renovated. That was not the case with all of the Veranda cabins. If staying in a Veranda, I would check the reviews.
If you choose Equinox, make sure you get a room that has been renovated. Not all of the rooms received an update.
I would go with Silhouette for the Lawn Club Grill and, in my opinion, a nicer decor around the ship.
It was really crowded at lunch time in the buffet. Lines for food and service was lacking. So busy that I left and came back to eat around 1:30ish. Then we had a relaxing lunch.
