  1. I’m not sure either. We have had a couple of invites to these, once on one of the large tables with the Chief Housekeeper and once with only us and another couple with an Engineering Officer who was newly promoted. Both invites were in our early days of cruising with Azamara.
  2. We had a faulty USB on an Azamara cruise (can’t remember which one). We reported it to Guest Relations and it was mended within 24 hours.
  3. It was good on the Quest in October. Certainly good enough for emails & Whats App. We always prefer to buy a complete cruise package, rather than minutes - saves worrying about the minutes you’ve used!
  4. It seems like they didn’t get the data, whether or not it was in the contract specification.
  5. Boarding should be before 4 - usually from 2 at the latest.
  6. Azamara have always had different marketing policies in different countries. Sometimes a promotion starts off in one country (usually the USA) then becomes available in other countries later on.
  7. I’ve done that in the past to get good savings.
  8. Hi - it’s a great cruise isn’t it, we’ve done it 4 times! We did Mosque & town with Sunshine - what was really nice about it was that it included a stop at the owners house where we were given a great selection of fruits etc. I’m not sure what other tours they offer as our tour was arranged by our US friends. We have done a nice tour previously with Azamara - it was to a fort and included a stop at a fish market next to the beach and to a place where there was a stream that had fish in it that gave you a fish pedicure if you put you feet in the water.
  9. Yes, but it still seems to be causing problems. I guess the issue is that Azamara can’t know which bits of data are incorrect until a customer raises the issue.
  10. I suspect that a lot of the problems are down to the quality of data supplied by RCCL.
  11. Not true in my husbands case. When he goes into his account, then clicks Find a Cruise, then clicks on Book Now, that brings up the accommodation page, but also the little person icon is there top right. If he clicks on the icon he can choose My Profile (which has the wrong loyalty information).
  12. You can get to see a limited range of cabins in a list or map view. Once you’ve chosen your cabin type, click continue, you then have to fill in your details and the other occupants details, then click continue. On the reservation page scroll down to cabin type & you should see a paper & pencil icon. Click on that & then on Choose Cabin, that brings up a list of available cabins as a list, but you can also click on Map view.
  13. I presume so. It was certainly done for UK passengers and they’re all ‘visas on arrival’ so I can’t see why not.
  14. I had no upcoming cruise until I booked a new one, now I can see them. However I could see them and My Profile by doing a search for a cruise (without being in My Account) then clicking on Book Now on a cruise. This takes you into Seaware and once you’ve clicked on the number of people for you cruise, that’s when you should see the little person icon and SIGN IN. Once you click on that and sign in, you can see my profile by clicking on the little person icon.
  15. When we did Athens to Dubai last October we didn’t need to get any visas for Egypt, Jordan, Oman or UAE. Azamara handled all that as required.
  16. Yes, I couldn’t see where the 3 free nights were! The price was exactly the same as it was for the original 20%, quarterly savings.
  17. I’m not sure what the 3 days was about, as the cruise price was exactly the same as it was before, however we did book one of the advertised cruises and got a price that was 20% below the price on the website.
  18. Interestingly mine were wrong on the website with zero pints for both of us, but my TA rang to book one of these cruises armed with our loyalty numbers and correct points (I gave her proof of these) and was able to book it with the 20% discount. It’s worth you ringing up to try and book at the discount price.
  19. Interestingly, now if I login and click on Manage My Reservation in one of my Upcoming Cruises, then on the little person icon top right, then on My Profile, then on Club Programs, it shows two Azamara Circle entries for me. One has the correct (old) loyalty number, level and points and the other has the incorrect information that’s been there almost since the transition.
  20. It was one of those. I used my TA (happens to be my daughter) and she got me the full 20% discount - I checked the price when I searched without my details. The price I got was 20% off that. I gave her all my information - Azamara Circle numbers & loyalty level etc (which are wrong on the website).
  21. Capetown to Canaries, Pursuit in February - our sort of cruise - lots of sea days and interesting ports.
  22. Please do come back after your cruises and tell us how you’re feeling then
  23. I booked another cruise today, and now when I sign in to my account I can see both my upcoming cruises - before I couldn’t see any! Still haven’t got my loyalty level right though, but things do seem to be improving.
