  1. Ring again, you’re unlikely to get the same person twice
  2. No sorry, this is the only one for general viewing. There is one for cabins but I didn’t put it together and it’s no longer up to date. I often put together a private roll call spreadsheet for cruises I’m doing.
  3. It is perfectly possible to purchase an excursion online, I have done it for my upcoming cruise. Login to your account, go to upcoming cruises, click on manage my reservation for the cruise you want to book excursions for, scroll down to excursions - click on the paper/pencil icon on the right and you will see the available excursions. For each one click on details. If you want to book click on book. Once you have finished you’ll see how much you need to pay & you can click to pay now. If you have OBC you want to use, leave the excursions there ignoring the pay now amount. Make sure you store before coming out of the booking. Alternatively you can ring up and book excursions - I got through to the UK number very quickly.
  4. Once you have filled in the personal details , on the next page on the left of the page you should see a pencil and paper icon. If you click on that you will see the option to choose cabin. Clicking on that gives you a choice of some cabins which you can then view as a list or map. Clearly it isn’t all those available, but at least is more than the one allocated. Ringing up is probably the only way to find out about all available cabins in any category.
  5. There will probably be a second table somewhere on embarkation day. Ask where it is at Guest Relations - it could be on Deck 5 in The Den or Discoveries bar or outside on the pool deck. They will be able to tell you when White Night is too.
  6. Generally looks good. Our only gripe is that there isn’t a really dry white like Muscadet Sevre et Main or Chablis.
  7. ghstudios, in a topic about wine onboard, noted that they found out on Onward that there were alcohol free white, red and rose wines aboard in the included wines, although they were not on any wine list or drinks programme. I’ll add that into the tips spreadsheet.
  8. One possibility might be to ask Azamara if it would be possible to disembark late afternoon on the day in Rio, then have an airport hotel that night.
  9. Thanks for the tip - I forgot about past Azamara cruises showing on your Celebrity Captain's Club account. Just had a look and there there they all are with the number of nights and points earned. Excellent.
  10. Same here. I know which cruises I’ve been on with Azamara (never been with Celebrity), but certainly can’t remember exactly how many nights each of them was or what type of cabin I had on each one, especially the ones longer ago.
  11. I can’t see my past cruises either - I assumed that no-one can yet.
  12. It’s not very different from entering your passport information into airline booking sites.
  13. I got it too, although my 2 booked cruises are Dubai to Singapore & Cape Town to Canaries. Its very clearly aimed at those on the Rio Carnival cruise next February, to encourage them to book their Carnival tickets through Azamara.
  14. As I posted earlier, I rang the UK Weybridge number a while ago and booked a number of excursions for our Feb 24 cruise. Although I have lots of OBC (some from the booking promotion and some from the Experience More package we bought through our TA) I was told that none of it could, as yet, be applied to the excursions, but that I didn’t need to pay upfront for them as the excursions would stay on the booking until the OBC could be applied. I went into my account today and found that the amount owing had reduced by an amount equal to the promotions OBC, so clearly this has been applied to the excursions automatically as soon as it was available to do so. It seems that something is working properly!
  15. Yes, not eligible for the next level until you have the required points
  16. Generally speaking all 4 work all the time on Azamara.
  17. On Quest in October the ‘champagne’ was Chandon - not champagne I know - a US equivalent - but very nice.
  18. Whispering Angel - which is what I drank most of the time, plus a few glasses of champagne - the brand varies
  19. I just found it - it’s on a South Africa travel & tourism website. As far as I can see we should be OK for Senegal.
  20. Thanks for that information. Can you let me have the link for the South Africa page on which you saw the need for an exemption certificate if your vaccination is over 10 years ago. I couldn’t find it and the S. Africa govt page I found just said Yellow Fever Certificate.
  21. Ah, hadn’t looked at that as we’re doing the cruise the other way on, so no issues for South Africa. Maybe I need to look more closely at Senegal’s requirements.
  22. Actually it’s my supposition that email addresses were corrupted. During my conversation with the agent she asked me for my husbands email address then told me what they had was nearly the same but with one digit different. Can’t see how that could have happened other than a data transfer issue. She tried to amend the email address at her end but was unable to so ‘escalated it to IT’.
  23. You don’t need to worry about an exemption certificate, Although when you (and we) had the yellow fever vaccine it was one that was said to last 10 years it is now valid for life, so you’re good to go as long as you have your certificate. https://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/advice/disease-prevention-advice/yellow-fever-vaccine#:~:text=One dose of yellow fever, while pregnant
  24. It looks like a lot of email addresses got corrupted in the data transfer which is causing problems when people try to get into their account on the website. This applies to my husbands account, but the Azamara agent I spoke to assured me that she could see his correct loyalty information on their information.
