    My first solo cruise had a designated solo coordinator who was on week to week. since then they started the solo coordinator rotation and found it can be a gamble. I had one one that felt it was a punishment and another who was like he won the lottery.

    In regards to price are the insides you are looking at have the FAS benefits? If they don't then they will frequently be less than a solo with the FAS.

    In 2018 I got the trip for $999 as a solo over Halloween week. It was 3 weeks out so the air kind of killed me (I went premium economy) but the 2 prices combined was cheaper than just the room much of the time.

    Is anyone who has recently flew into LAX then going to San Pedro (Crowne Plaza) willing to share the current cost of Uber, Taxi? This will be for 2 people landing around 11:30.(assuming that will not rush hour ) Thanks in advance

    Go to flylax.com, read the information on LAXIT, that will tell you about getting Uber, taxis etc. I believe premium services will pick up at terminal

    My friend and I are pulling into Miami on the Bliss but both have flights leaving FLL. My flight leaves at 2:50, hers at 4:40, both in different terminals. We are looking at leaving the ship and taking an Uber/taxi up near FLL and have an early lunch/drink before we go our separate ways. Any suggestions?

    Anyone know how late is the last shuttle? My friend and I have flights at 3 and 4:30 and cannot check bags till 4 hours prior.

    Joy and Bliss are both doing a lot of Panama Canal and Mexican Riviera cruises, so their cruises out of Florida are limited.

    I know on Celebrity you can drop your luggage off right away, put stuff in safe, then leave till rooms are ready. I also like not standing in line to get sea pass and just going straight to your room where sea pass is in your mail slot outside the door.

    I would not mind eating my meal and taking the desert to go….I do it when I go to restaurants (obviously no ice cream) to eat later in the night.

    I get the same storage bin and the smaller version, will need it for the studio room. Never bring them home with me. Also Dollar Tree has these oversized clothes pins that work great for clamping towels to your chair. I think it was 6-8 in a pack. I am going to try the over door shoe rack on my next trip in Januaryb

    Let’s be honest, it’s also a way to encourage you to purchase the water cartons.

    Not sure about the Breakaway but the Escape does not have a bar. But the lounge does have a great coffee machine, pastries in the morning and snacks later on.

    On the Bliss Jan 27. We miss Costa Rica, a day in Panama, and canal transit is overnight with Cartagena the next morning. Also miss Nicaraqua but that was not a surprise. Substituted Acapulco and Ocho Rios . Personally not real happy.

    Since we are talking about drinks, has anyone seen Limenchello on the ships? Did not see it listed and I enjoy it with some deserts.

    I interpreted that as having flight issues the day before. Last January I found out a storm was projected for the northeast the same day I was to fly out. I switched to go out the day before and was glad since all flights on my original day was cancelled. They figured about 150+ never made it to the cruise due to the storm

    Trust me, I abhor lines. have zero expectations that I will not be upgraded but heck maybe I can get a better discount on laundry or something. By the time the cruise comes I will completely forget about this thread

    A few years back we had our Meet and Mingle at the Brewhouse and they were serving flight size glasses of beer.

    The ships currency is actually US dollars. You can always just ask their preference but I think anything will be fine since tge ship will convert for them
