Pro tip: The 16 Panoramic OV cabins midship on Decks 7 & 8 have refrigerators, although they are officially OV cabins.

While YMMV, I hit Signature in early February on the Enchantment. When I stepped foot on the Anthem on February 26, the internet package was automatic when I opened the app.

If you hit Masters earlier in the cruise, rather than the last day or two, you'll get the extra internet package immediately. I believe that you need to talk to the casino host, and then the VOOM person. If you only care about getting the extra package on the next cruise, casino host + VOOM person as soon as the casino opens. But as Peggy said, the fallback guaranteed position is activating the D+ days when she boards. She can do that either in the terminal or as soon as she steps foot on the ship.

Just got off the Anthem. Many people demanded and got refunds for their VOOM packages - that's how bad it was.

I have had the same "no cocktail party" experience as @smokeybandit.

Some people have reported problems with doing this sort of thing, but you will have to ask and see what they say. The issues, I believe, involve passing through customs.

My kids are using my grandkids' two free days right now on the Anthem. Don't ask me how they set it up - I told them to go to the VOOM desk.

If your ship is the Anthem, there IS only one show that requires reservations.

I find in general that they are more lenient when it comes to little ones. I just boarded this week in Cape Liberty, and the person in my security line is someone I have encountered before. Let me just say that if I had the opportunity, I would smack the ^%$%^ out of her. She's a mean one, Ms. Grinch. She started to take away a small child's bottle of half-drunk chocolate milk, and mid-sentence, said, "Oh, go ahead, it 's fine", immediately after yelling at someone to throw out half a water bottle. My daughter carried on three LARGE bottles (48 oz?) of Ripple for my granddaughter. No one even ASKED her what they were. (she wasn't in Ms. Grinch's line)

1. Starlink is installed on the Anthem. From what I understand, the existing hardware does not match/keep up with the new technology. I think that it's the routers/accesspoints/repeaters/whateverthedarnthingsarecalled. Some cabins and locations have a good, constant connection. Others find that their connection is frequently dropped. It's much too hit or miss for me, since it should simply work better. 2. I just got off the Enchantment, and am now on the Anthem, and the connectivity was better on Enchantment. 3. I am currently using my laptop as a hotspot and have my laptop and phone both connected. No problems with doing that. I, too, am curious how you are getting "complimentary wifi".

I am on the Anthem. Today we were at CocoCay. Gangway was down shortly after 8 a.m. All aboard was at 5 p.m. There was trivia at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 3:00, 4:15, & 5:00.
