An Adventure on The Voyager
Bellaggio Cruisers replied to DeepFreeze63's topic in Regent Seven Seas Cruises
Wow… my DH loves oysters… we will be in the Caribbean on Regent in January. Any chance? sheila -
Just want to say hi… hope we meet again with more time to spend together! Our next cruise is 1/21 and 3/15. Merry Christmas. 🎄 sheila

Our most recent Celebrity cruise was in a RS. We had the worst butler in all our cruising. She did not have a clue what her job was all about…. In fairness, I guess we have been spoiled on Regent Seven Seas. We learned a lesson….if you are not being served properly, tell the Retreat Manager right away We are trying again in June. sheila

Anyone sailing on Navigator at the moment?
Bellaggio Cruisers replied to Techno123's topic in Regent Seven Seas Cruises
We disembarked on November 17th. We love the little Navigator. Penthouse category cabin #925. The food was excellent throughout the ship. Compass Rose had exceptional service. Some of the best wait staff we ever had. New experiences…croughnuts and Nelson’s Coffee. Excursion department excelled. Resolved my issues very professionally. Couldn’t ask for better! We are so looking forward to our next on Splendor 1/21/23. sheila -

We were on the September 16th sailing. We are in our 80’s. I use oxygen 24/7. Two shots, two boosters. Covid for both last New Year’s Eve. We did not wear masks. We did not attend shows. We did not go to the casino. We did not take any tours. We dined in Luminae, Murano, Tuscan and Sushi on 5. Spent time at the outdoor pool and our balcony. And shopping. We were fortunate and did not get sick. Go figure! P. S. We will continue to cruise. Next one starts on November 6th.

I have always asked our butler to wrap the suite liquor in bubble wrap. Always done! Then I pack it in the middle of each suitcase…

Excellent…well written. sheila

Not necessary….and rude ! I guess you totally missed the point. I will not take my time to explain.

We have had a butler on every cruise for the last 10 years. It had nothing to do with..a connection. There were too many incidents. A good butler knows what is expected. A quick example…. Breakfast was being set up for us on our balcony. I noticed that my bread was not on the table and mentioned that it was missing that morning. The butler said I probably forgot to order it.. instead, a good butler would answer… so sorry…I will be right back with your bread. There are other examples… but that should suffice. sheila

Royal Suite "Unlimited" Specialty Dining
Bellaggio Cruisers replied to Plato123's topic in Celebrity Cruises
We were in a RS…. No up charge for any steak. Loved Sushi on 5 for lunch. All was included sheila -
We discussed our issues with the Retreat Manager. We decided that most of the cruise was over, so we did not make any changes. I am sorry I did not do it sooner.

We were in 1237… loved everything about it. We enjoyed breakfast in our suite almost every morning. Most mornings were on the balcony. One morning it was raining …so we had breakfast on the dining room table. any questions, just ask! sheila

Sooo…we have returned from our fabulous cruise on Equinox . The accommodations were excellent. We were in a Royal Suite and treated as though we were really royalty. Dinners were delightful. We ate wherever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Not too happy with our butler. But, we have booked another Celebrity cruise on Equinox for June.Hoping everyone is still so anxious to please us. Any advice about the Celebrity Suite? sheila

You may be able to make a special request for a Regent tote bag…call your TA. sheila

We have not sailed with Celebrity in more than a decade. We decided to try Celebrity again and have a sailing booked for September 2022. We decided to really splurge and reserved a Royal Suite. I was told that there is a special phone number to reach out to the Retreat for information and my dining reservations. Specialty restaurants are included for Royal Suite guests. I have phoned that telephone number…877-RETREAT everyday this week. Guess what… after holding each time for hours, I wind up with a Celebrity reservations person. They apparently do not know what I am asking about. Last person told me to book Specialty dining online. She said it is not included. I have reached my limit with this. Totally frustrated. Any suggestions??? sheila.
