Sorry, just seeing this thread and not going to read it all. Did anyone speak with the F&B Manager to find out what going on with all the erroneous charges?

Lots of times, food pictures can be a challenge to figure out details. That said, this one is quite clear in terms of visual recognition on the icing not being as you stated. I have not read the cake descriptions for some time now. Do they claim to use real buttercream icing or cream cheese icing? One might expect such ingredients in a premium dessert. PS - Either cheaper ingredients or left out for some time???

I hear you. For me, any organization I have booked for ground transportation has flexibility in timing due to multiple vehicles and drivers. Anyway, not our business and the OP has received more than enough sympathy and advice in this thread.

Got it, but I think Covid era situations are not really comparable to pre- or post-pandemic. There was a lot of bad things happened to people during that time due to early ignorance, politics over science, etc.

Do you see it now in the image capture? The deal is $900 OBC per person notwithstanding booking Plus or Premier. Majestic doesn't go to Antarctica. Has to be one of the Sapphire voyages. That is a nice bundle of cash. IMO, best option would have been to book Standard and use the OBC to purchase Plus on board. Plus for 17 days = $1,020/pp. Net cost only $120. Unless guest was expecting to spend it all on PCL excursions.

It is clear that you would have received $900 OBC booking any of Std, Plus, Premier. As mentioned above, look under Payments & Credits in Cruise Personalizer. What I would have done is book Standard and then used the huge OBC amount to purchase Plus on board Day 1 - if I did want to go with Plus. Is the offer still good? If so, I would change it to Standard. Do you have plans for $1,800 total Non-Refundable OBC?

It will never be the case. An outside TA is never going to sell for more than Princess list price and you can find many US-based TA's that offer discounts off the cruise fare.

Lots if you use 3 guests in the search. This seems to be some sort of "plot" by Princess for many months now and no one has posted a reason provided by Princess (not sure if anyone has asked a CVP why they are doing this). Certainly, the System can be beat by booking a fake 3rd person and then cancelling them. Or, a CVP or TA can get it overridden in some way. It is not only frustrating, but stupid of them to be doing this. I presumed it was a system bug at first, but since it has persisted, there must be a reason. A TA should ask Carmen Roig WTH Princess is doing.

Some functions - like Crew Call and Services like Ocean Now - were designed to work only when onboard the ship. That said, send what you wrote to CustomerRelations@PrincessCruises.com. Copy Padgett if you like. He seems to think the Princess App is the greatest thing since invention of PC or microchip.

I know. A cloudy day and all for naught. We could always cross over border and head for southwest shore of Lake Erie if it seems better there. Not planning to drive hundreds of miles if a massive cloud front in place.
