  1. Any input on 11189 or 11198? Our RF cruises were cancelled and we were moved to Beyond automatically.
  2. Thanks to both of you. Port schedule only goes thru Dec. 29. Jeremiah, how about Feb. 5? Hope we get to disembark at 25 with facial recognition,. What a difference that makes!
  3. Can anyone tell me how to find what terminal EQ will be using on Jan 18 at Port Everglades? That is a Thurs. departure so hoping no E class are embarking the same day so that terminal 25 is available.
  4. You do have to ask your cabin steward for the sparkling wine.
  5. Yes, remember no gratuities are currently in the "inclusive" package.
  6. Saltines just don't cut it with a cheese plate. They used to have much better assorted crackers. Now I usually get some lavash or bread sticks for my cheese.
  7. You need to clear it with the Maitre d in Luminae and then you will be charged $30 pp for dinner.
  8. Yes, credit to your cruise fare. I just used points to pay $500 on an upcoming cruise.
  9. The Spa cafe inside the solarium is open for both breakfast and lunch daily except embarkation day.
  10. I see salmon repeated for entrees. I thought it was announced that the "Classics" were going to be back. Salmon was one of those always available.
  11. Absolutely not worth it. Same cabin, same Retreat benefits. Slightly different location, further forward. You can dine in Blu from any suite, space available. Unless you are a BIG spa person, no benefit that I can see.
  12. Often in Sky Suite there is an ice bucket and glasses, but no bottle yet. We had a note next to the ice bucket saying to let your room attendant (retreat host) know when you want it iced. We always ask for a bottle of cabernet instead. We really don't like the sparkling.
  13. We are on 4/27 as well. Wouldn't that be just within the 3 off and 3 on schedule? Months off, Nov. Dec. Jan. On Feb. Mar. and April. Oh well, we met her a couple of times on EQ cruises a couple or three years ago.
  14. Is the Chihuly work still on Connie? We have a large collection in the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. I would like to try Connie after her refresh.
  15. I have read in the past that there is a discount for Sushi on the first day. Did you experience this?
  16. I believe the Craft Social is on deck 4, but at any rate, that service is not acceptable. Did you try the World Class bar? You can easily watch them make the drinks. I usually hang out at Ensemble in the evenings for the music. I have seen many, many drinks made there. Never have heard anyone complain that there was no liquor in the drink. If you are at the bar you can clearly see all the many, many bottles and can watch the drinks being made. Usually I have observed that the bartenders there use a measure, but then add a bit of free pour to the drink.
  17. None of my business, but if you don't mind, why do you want to sail from San Juan? Many cruises go to San Juan as a port of call. As far as Rhapsody goes, it is old and small.
  18. Cafe AL Bacio is the very popular coffee "bar" on Celebrity ships. Other than that coffee is available 24/7 in the buffet, called Ocean View Cafe. From about 7:20 AM until about 2:00PM there is a free coffee machine in the Spa Cafe (which is available to all on board). Unlimited number of free drinks from 5-7 in most bars, but only from a Happy Hour Captain's Club menu which I feel is fairly broad. There are different wines and several different types of mixed drinks. Each bar has the menu.
  19. Are Ian and Gazelle still the Retreat concierges? If so, have you asked them for anything? We found Ian worthless, as he bungled the only two requests we had of him. One simply wasn't done, the other a reservation, made for the wrong time, then day. On the other hand, our sky suite cabin steward was outstanding. I had no idea there were only two butlers for all the other suites. That's so nuts!
  20. Thanks. Aurora. That must be to what was referenced. Not interested with no stops in Ireland. Too bad.
  21. OK. Both of those ports require flying from the US. The poster to whom I referred said no flight to Europe was required.
