  1. Contact your travel agent and see what they can find out for you.
  2. I booked a pedicure this way last Friday for my cruise starting this Saturday on Voyager. My confirmation reply email arrived a few hours later. Also include your name, ship, booking # and suite number along with your procedure and time you want your procedure done. They are extremely easy to work with. Beth
  3. @Mudhen is correct. This has happened on a few occasions with long days in port and full day+ excursions. Usually, Sette Mari is closed and the entire La Veranda is open for a special theme-based dinner. Many passengers go straight to the restaurant and dress that night is casual.
  4. Thanks, @rkaratsu, I wasn’t aware of that feature. The My Account section must have an additional button there for those cruisers who use Regent agents and making payments online.
  5. As far as I know, Regent doesn't have this procedure available online.
  6. @red1head Thanks to you and @TV Dad as we haven't seen many Voyager reviews lately. Some posters wrote negative short notes on the FB Social Club in the Spring. It's nice to read positive comments about the ship. Twenty four days until I board Voyager in Reykjavik!!
  7. We always make our final payment through our Travel Agent. Never heard of making any payments through the My Account on Regent.
  8. Though Regent provides the pre-cruise shore excursion list, onboard list and TV shows to provide activity levels of excursions, that doesn’t mean the passengers actually read/watch them. Also, not all passengers visit Destination Services onboard. The DS team may not see these passengers prior to the excursion or know about their abilities until after the excursion is over. Having a Regent host on each excursion to help those who need help should be available. These hosts can encourage the cruisers to rethink the rest of their excursions to find some that may be more comfortable for them.
  9. @TV Dad thanks for your review. So glad to hear you enjoyed your first Regent cruise. I am sorry you blamed Destination Services for slow, elderly passengers on strenuous excursions. If you read the initial description Excursion List, we all have available to us, Regent specifically rates the level of ability needed. Once onboard, with your tour tickets, Destination Services provides a detailed list of each excursion with the standard time and walking time with stated activity levels. Also, the TV Destination Services channel again has a listing of each excursion and activity level. Three times passengers are provided with descriptions on the excursions. No, DS staff aren’t there at the busses to pull elderly passengers from excursions. I’m not happy seeing older cruisers pushing themselves on excursions and slowing down the tours. I’m not sure what to do about it, either, but I think Regent has done their job.
  10. An 809 suite is lovely and roomy. Hope you enjoy it.
  11. I would think SBCs can be used to cover the of dry cleaning.
  12. You may get more responses on your Roll Call. That's the normal place to request excursion questions for particular cruises.
  13. Here’s the article about the “new” ship and its three year world cruise. https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/three-year-cruise-life-at-sea/index.html
  14. Here’s an update on the cruise. https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/three-year-cruise-life-at-sea/index.html
  15. @Kwaj girl I posted on the Roll Call and @Sharle replied. I asked her to post a LIVE thread here on the Regent board. She did say they are in St. John's today and they have had a rainy, cold cruise so far.
  16. Yes, I believe the other three ships occasionally have a Sunday Seaday Gala brunch. They are more regularly offered on the two largest ships.
  17. Marc, as far as I know, the three ships you mentioned don’t serve a Sunday seaday gala brunch. All ships serve caviar and champagne for breakfast in La Veranda and Compass Rose.
  18. The Sunday Brunch Gala is only served on Explorer, Splendor and soon on the Grandeur.
  19. Sandy, nothing mentioned on the video per say. The guy being held down was biting the guy holding him down. Holder wanted security to bring handcuffs for the other guy. Lots of cussing and yelling.
  20. Hi Warren, We cruise again on Voyager August 12 - 26, Reykjavik to Southampton.
  21. Keep checking on My Account on the Regent website. It may appear there. If not, some passengers find out on Embarkation Day. Have a great cruise!
  22. Warren, Ray mentioned to me that he would be back on the Navigator at the end of August but did not give me an exact date. This is all I can give you.
  23. Another one of the Old Regent ships was the Seven Seas Song of Flower. My first cruise on her was an Alaskan cruise in June 1992. This ship was also alcohol all inclusive. She was the smallest RSSC ship with only 180 passengers and 10 balcony suites. We didn't care because we loved her small, intimate size and magnificent staff and crew. She could get into small ports and rarely used the tender, called the Tiny Flower. Song of Flower was sold in October 2003 and we were on her last voyage. She now belongs to an Icelandic cruise line. Hope to see her when we visit Iceland on Voyager this summer.
  24. The wine lists are pretty much the same on all ships, subject to availability.
  25. @FloatSomeMore I can’t remember if he mentioned Silversea. I only remember he said he had been on Crystal for many years.
