All of these threads about the conditions in the Miami port have me worried. I'm thinking of parking the car and then taking our bags with us to the tent. There are two of us, we'll have two bags and one carry-on. This is for Seashore. Anyone see any problem with this?

We're driving our own car. If we were taking a taxi or uber we would not be concerned. Miami is not my favorite port.

If we drop our bags off in the YC tent, don't they take us directly onto the ship.....? What do they do with the YC people, have them then go to the main line?

If you are in the Yacht Club, don't you get a bracelet.? Then can't you use one of your cards in the slot permanently?

I'm wondering that too. On our sailing, next week, we'll be docked in San Juan on Halloween. That seems like a great opportunity for some fun!

We're in the Yacht Club. Is there a night when there's not too much happening on the ship and that the Yacht Club restaurant is less than "interesting". That would be the night we would book Butcher's Cut. Which night do you recommend?

It also should not be a shock to cruisers that ships might need to be rerouted during hurricane season. There's a reason why the cost of cruises during this time are cheaper. -

The last two cruises we missed it. When should we start looking for signs. I seem to recall we should stay in left lane (??)

You can add a couple together, can't you? For instance a husband and wife's allowance would be $1600 and it could be for one item. i don't recall if children come into the mix, but I seem to recall they might.

Thanks for the review so far.... Also, thanks for the tip about the Muster. The casino? We're on Deck 18, I wonder if that's where our muster station is also. Glad you got a lounger for your balcony. We'll be asking for one also.😀

I'm the OP and the reason I asked about muster for the YC specifically was because we were in the Haven in April and they just brought a group of us to our station, and scanned our cards (within one hour of boarding) and we were done.
