    There are several posters here, and one popular blogger that continue to report that it is not possible to spread vivid once you've had it. Totally false.

    Totally agree! But we keep meeting people onboard that make outrageous claims that they are immune because they've had covid, or had a shot, etc.

    Same issue here. February Diamond bookings show but not October bookings. Hope to see G again on these cruises!

    Agree, but many, including posters here, believe they are immune from covid spreading, even when Medical team recommends precautions. Although they claim otherwise.

    Yes. Have booked ours several times. They keep disappearing. We're giving up and just showing up at the door.

    We are in same room for three cruises. Got three emails for upgrades. Different prices for each cruise. No way to assure same room for all 3, which is important for us. Not bidding.

    Yes. As I said, not a big deal for us. If it is for you, and your sanity is in jeapardy, please make other arrangements. I want to have tacos and beer in mazatlan. That's why we booked the cruise.

    Nope. We are on b2b2b in October Discovery and received emails for all three. Categories are all sold out. In fact, two of three cruises show sold out. Makes no sense.

    I would go with the better odds, which may not be this cruise for you!!! I have seen eclipses: I'm old. Not that big a deal for us. But having a great time in mazatlan actually is, so guess what my vote is?

    No one is against it. If it all works out on the cruise, great! If you need an ironclad guarantee, you should make alternative plans.

    Maybe you should consider alternate arrangements if your happiness is totally reliant on the exact iinerary/location/arrangements?

    We always take the stairs, and have on several occasions received the flyers about lunch options, including the dining room.

    Yes. In fact, we booked because it was a little less, and we love mazatlan! If we see the eclipse, it's a bonus.

    Interesting. Our experience was that ALL crew wore masks and wore them correctly. Most wore kn 95 or n95 versions. we have been on mostly west coast sailings on Grand, Royal, and Discovery. It was primarily passengers, many who post here about "always" wearing a mask, who wore them improperly, or on their chin/neck.

    Yes! Have gotten them several times, with plenty of notice/request to our waiter/headwaiter.

    Just book what you want. If you want a suite, pay for it. Trying to get one for a bargain price is just throwing the dice.

    We're on October 1, Discovery, and were able to book months ago.
