  1. Please expand upon what EU has done already.
  2. Did you receive an invoice from MSC? We did and this was part of the invoice. This was not Yacht Club, but I would think it was be similar. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE · Deposit Amount: 500.00 · Deposit Due Date: 08 APR 2022 · Final Payment Due Date: 25 JUN 2022 These deposits are non-refundable and a change fee of $100 USD per guest will apply for ship or sail date changes. The balance due must be paid in full by the final payment due date of 25 JUN 2022 to prevent the booking from cancelling. 3. We were recent Gold status matches on the December Seashore and indeed received the gift.
  4. In December we got a foldup backpack. If you're new, you'll find they change the gifts from time to time and perhaps ship to ship. There are previous threads on this topic also.
  5. In December we got a foldup backpack.
  6. When you log in under My Booking, or Manage Cruise, it's under the Cruise Details tab.
  7. Thanks, I thought I'd heard people mention various agencies having a promotion for those using FCC.
  8. Never got an answer on this. Do you have to book through a travel agent to get the kicker?
  9. I have never not been able to get my desired dining confirmed on any cruise line. Yes, it takes visiting the Maitre D upon embarkation, but they have always been able to confirm our table for 2 at the desired seating.
  10. Another question about the kickers. Do you have to book through a Travel Agent? Can you book directly with RCCL or even online?
  11. That is the catch. I have not seen my FCC. I called and got a number, but I don't know if the email was ever sent. The rep said they could not resend the certificate. I have no idea what it says. He just told me the numbers, and there is no expiration. Is there any other way to see my terms?
  12. Thanks for posting this. This is our first time having a FCC. Can someone tell me if you book with an FCC, then cancel before final payment, do you get the FCC back?
  13. We always buy it when crusing abroad mainly for medical and evacuation.
  14. Funny that ships can dock in Athens that took off from other ports and they won't need testing.
  15. Plus all the cruise lines seem to have this despite having different itineraries.
  16. Exactly why I was asking why the exceptions with Athens departures.
  17. Hopefully MSC follows soon! Leaving Venice in October.
  18. Yes, but what is the difference between a ship that embarks there versus one that just stops there?
  19. Does anyone know what is specific about boarding in Athens (PIraeus) that excludes them from the lifted test requirements?
  20. Luckily we didn't have any trouble on several trips we took. They were great for Transatlantic cruises, because one-way fares were half of round trip. You cannot take one-way on most big carriers for half the price.
  21. They are still operating in Europe, but no more Transatlantic. It was great while it lasted. The fares were so cheap.
