When I make baked ziti, I first mix ricotta cheese with the cooked hot zita pasta. Then I add mozz and pasta sauce. This makes it ooey gooey so good, better than dropping globs of ricotta on top. Don't judge. I'm not Italian. 😏 Now, as far as the cruise menu change, I don't believe for a minute it's done for anything other than cost saving. Majority in here want the classic items to remain. I agree. Except for the extra Chops items, the MDR has traditionally been "free" and charging $16.99 plus 18% gratuity for a second lobster tail takes the MDR experience to a whole different level. I hope it doesn't go further than Symphony but realistically I know it will. 😒 -
Have a fabulous cruise. Glad you all stayed healthy. Since we'll be on Adventure in Feb., I'll have questions when you get back. My niece and nephew have covid. So far nephew has mild symptoms but niece's symptoms are flu like - fever, cough, feeling achy. They were going to host Thanksgiving. My sister and bil were with my nephew when he picked them up Monday from the airport. Whole family (another niece, her husband and their 2 kids) were together at one time or another within the last 3 days so no Thanksgiving for us! I'm glad we didn't get together in a few weeks. I'm having my 2nd cataract surgery done next week and I don't want it delayed.

@LionesssSue, I was so happy and relieved that you posted your good news! Jack and I will be celebrating Thanksgiving by ourselves. To continue Celebrity chat: My sister and bil just got off of The Edge yesterday and had a fabulous cruise. My sister went on and on about how beautiful the ship was. Food was amazing but then we know food can be very subjective.
