  1. Click on your name (,initisls. Upper right corner), you get an optiono of order history. From there you can cancel.
  2. On board it has to be 48 hours prior to the excursions start time
  3. It's the box office. Just ask a crew on board as location sometimes changes. I've seen it set up in the promenade or down by the ice rink
  4. Nothing has been set that they are ending it. Like every policy related to Covid over the past 2 1/2 years Canada simply states " Will be in place until at least XXX" and then they extend it for another 3-6 months. I hope it ends as well but I don't see it happening. They just did a away with random testing because of issues at the airports then brought it back a month later.
  5. I believe that the reason that bids get changed to "submitted" is that bids are now closed as far as Plusgrade is concerned and your bid has been submitted to the ship in cas f last minute cancellations. The change to submitted status started at about the same time as we started hearing reports of people getting their upgrades at 7 or 8pm in the evening after they unpacked.
  6. I was on Ovation 2 weeks ago and the free slots all opened on the first day. Book as soon as you can as they sell out fast. On port days it was only when the ship was docked that it was free, once they started to sail they started to charge
  7. Sailings only disappeared temporarily. Everything is back now and has been for a couple of days
  8. Unknown. said they were still waiting on parts due to supply chain issues
  9. My guess is that this still ahs to do with the engine repairs that are being done during the month of August. She had to alter many of her itineraries as one engine will be offline so she will be travelling at a reduced speed. There was a separate thread about this a while back.
  10. Technically everyone that turns diamond is in that same (very full) boat.
  11. You have to wait until you are on the ship or in the terminal connected to ships wifi and you book through the app. No more pre booking since Covid
  12. If they are getting married then just call C&A and have them linked as their significant other. marriage is not a requirement. She will then be able to share the perks and join him in the lounge
  13. Should show in the cruise planner and app although I found my clients by pulling up their booking on Cruising Power
