helpthejuggler Posted May 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Ok well I have, but I heard a radio show where people say what they have never done that almost everyone will be surprised by. They are then asked to have the missed experience and give their verdict. What essential cruise experience have you not done yet, and are you willing to give it a try next cruise? Me...I've never had ice cream......don't know why not

Cruisin' Chick Posted May 13, 2011 #7 Share Posted May 13, 2011 We have never eaten in the specialty dining rooms. Don't have any interest in paying a cover charge when we can find food elsewhere.
DizzyDallasDi Posted May 13, 2011 #8 Share Posted May 13, 2011 I've never participated in karaoke. There is not enough alcohol on the ship to get me to do that. I know how bad I sing and even massive quantities of alcohol cannot numb that part of my brain. ;)

Rare Hlitner Posted May 13, 2011 #11 Share Posted May 13, 2011 Have not set foot on Antarctica and would love to get down to that place. The thought of leaving this world without having set foot on all 7 continents is depressing :) Hank

The thought of being cooped up in our cabin is far from our minds. KarenandBruceG Posted May 13, 2011 #15 Share Posted May 13, 2011 Never been to the gym either. I always pack my suitcase like this: Pre-cruise clothing on the left - post cruise clothing (looser) on the right. About the only things that still fit after the cruise are my socks and shoes! :D

helpthejuggler Posted May 14, 2011 Author #19 Share Posted May 14, 2011 Of course I've never done a back to back. Must be lovely to think you get to continue your fun as the envious passengers depart from the first part of the trip.
cruiserking Posted May 14, 2011 #20 Share Posted May 14, 2011 Haven't done a world cruise. Then again I haven't won the lottery and that needs to happen first. Jonathan
mamasue Posted May 15, 2011 #21 Share Posted May 15, 2011 Never done a specialty restaurant... Every cruise we've been on, the food has been great, so never felt the need! Never had a spa treatment... they seem overpriced and overrated!
