Just received our suite guests welcome email from Francis Calimag, the "Suite Concierge" for our Grandeur November 26th departure from Baltimore.

 

(Does that mean Francis is doing double-duty with Diamond, too?)

Found out the GR info.....

 

Ruth is in the DL till Dec 14th,while Francis is in the CL........they will then switch places..:)

Luca Iorio will be my concierge on the Legend next month. What is he like? Is he outgoing, conservative, is he a happy guy, helpful. Sounds like an Italian name, correct? Does he treat suite and D+ folks the same or does he favor the suite guests.

We spent 13 days with Luca on the TA. One of the best Concierges we have ever known. Very personable, and also very skilled at his job. He tries to talk with everyone in the lounge each night. I saw no difference in how he treated his guests. His fiance is the LA right now.

That is wonderful to hear because we'll be spending 26 nights with Luca on the Legend starting next Wed, Nov 27. We already received an email from him. :)

I am so jealous!! Nancy, please tell Luca hello from us, he'll remember "the hair" and the blinkies...he is definitely one of our favorite concierges ever! And easy on the eyes, lol...he's YOUNG TOM CRUISE! :D
