VISA Rewards site down?

Since site was having issues, I reddemed 15,000 points for $150 OBC.

Its been about 4 days.

Where should I check to see that OBC has indeed posted?

 

It will show up on your booking invoice which you can get from RCL or your TA as C20OC-$75OBC P/P. We selected double occupancy and that it how it appears on the invoice.

I 'm still having problems with the site. After i log in is will not display the web page I get Internet Explore cannot display the webpage. I can log into my bofa online account ok. Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

If you are trying to redeem points why not just call the Royal Rewards Dept.?

I got this far reading this thread and I just keep shaking my head. I followed your advice last night CF and it was a 5-minute process. I generally look for way to avoid using balky web sites. Phone numbers are a wonderful thing. Thank you for the info ... saves me a lot of stress.

Usually I avoid phone calls as low paid humans are more prone to errors. However, that is when working alternative exist.

 

Thanks for the number, the entire process took less than 5 min and OBC showed up in 48hours.

 

Am I correct to understand that Visa points OBC can be cashed at the service counter on the ship?

The people that work at the Royal Rewards Desk are most helpful. Do they make errors, probably, but never intentionally.:)

 

Unused OBC from Visa points are refundable. You can go to Guest Relations after 4PM on the day prior to debarkation.

OBC from the WOW sale is non-refundable so that would be used up first. Your Visa OBC is refundable if you do not use it all up.

Where can you find out how many reward points I am up to ? I looked on my BoA site, and found nothing.

After you log in to the Royal Rewards in the upper right hand corner of the page in a box will be your total points.
