Just returned home from another solo cruise ( I don't remember which number but after cruising solo for 15 years I still love it:D), Sailed from Venice to Nice with stops in Dubrovnik and multiple places in Italy......Sicily was wonderful:D...this was a 10 night cruise with many ports (8 I think)……..

 

Now I don't have anything booked:eek:….I have been trying to decide on something.....I better get researching

again:D

I'm doing this trip solo in August .... can you recommend any of the SS excursions. Panicking a little about the heat but fingers crossed I'll find somewhere shaded and cool.

Just booked solo on NCL Jade for the 10 Day Southern Caribbean departing on March 1. Excited to take my first trip longer than 7 days!

hmmm, been searching today for a 10 day ("free" cruise from casino) and have that one and the Feb 7-17 on NCL Dawn written down. Maybe we'll meet up :) I had a blast on my last solo NCL cruise on the Getaway in December. Met so many solo travelers it made it really fun. Everyone met in a bar (rum bar, I think) - arranged by the solo travelers host - and went to dinner together each night - I joined a few times. I also invited a couple of people to come with me to my Platinum benefit free dinner for 2 and was comped a 3rd dinner for 2 by the casino, so I took someone with me to that. I've been on 18 solo cruises so far. Have another planned for December on Jade. Just love it!

Hi, not sure if you are still here or not....sorry I missed your post...…I went on quite a few tours...….most were very good...….Rome, I did not go into Rome for the day but went on a 1/2 day tour to the Countryside and Olive Oil tasting, It was excellent:) Even better was in Trapani, went to a Winery for a wine tasting and awesome lunch was part of it too.:D……..and I took the ferry to Cinque Terra...…..I definitely recommend it...….the scenery is magnificent:)

I heard that there is a cruise on NCL for halloween that has about 700 singles. Coincidently, 3 different singles groups booked the same cruise. Call an NCL consultant and see if they can give more info.

I think that big group will be on the NCL Bliss out of Los Angeles.

I'm traveling alone on NCL Getaway in a solo small cabin with it's own lounge area restricted to solo travelers only.

 

Maybe, I was on the Escape in a solo cabin, everyone on the ship had access to the lounge, the kids trashed the place on a daily basis. Management did NOTHING even after repeated complaints. Good luck with that.
