Cute ditty!:D I stayed the same which is amazing since this was a pretty chocolatey Christmas for me.;) Looking forward to my turkey sandwich for lunch. I've had lots of chocolate and I'm having a very difficult time even wanting to control what I'm eating ... I will get back into the swing of things on Monday!! Example...Piece of pumpkin pie and a piece of candy for breakfast/lunch. So the struggles start..get thru this week and the New Year's Celebrations (which is hard for most of us) THEN WE ALL GET BACK ON TRACK!!!! 2014 is the YEAR..so many of you near your goals and or maintaining. I've continued my regular exercise regimen, and my metabolism is really kicked up, so I think that has helped. Allowing myself to continue to eat whatever until next Sunday, then I will correct the eating and hopefully lose the last few pounds. Autocorrect responsible for most typos...
