Has anyone ever used "Airborne"? It is supposed to boost your immune system. I started taking them today since planes are supposed to be germ central.

 

Thanks for the reminder! I've been meaning to look up Halo on the Internet. Someone on our TA cruise swore by it. Check it out!

We always start taking zinc about a week before we travel - that's supposed to boost the immune system too. Then we take it the whole time we're away.

 

These have zinc, Vitamins A, C, and E, Magnesium, Selenium, Manganese, and a bunch of herbs. I do not want to get sick in the next week!
