Scale says I'm down 1.8 lbs so that make me happy. Jan ~ I can identify with you. I'm now more than my previous high from coming up 3 years ago in July. Stayed the same at 192 and no complaints - ate good but not great, lot's of water, and I'm up to 4 sets of 60 crunches at work every day. I took a very bad spill the other day, broke a couple ribs, have staples in my skull, numerous bruises and abrasions. Did some very gentle stretching exercises last night while laying down which felt good on my back, hips, and legs. Hoping to be back to a very gentle yoga practice and maybe the exercise bike next week at some point. I doubt I'll be running or weight lifting for at least a few more weeks. Bet you're getting excited! DIana ~ I'm in the same boat. My Wii thinks I should be 50 lbs lighter, but I think 40 would be good although at 30 I felt too scrawny. Hard to know where to be. I lost 1.4 pounds, total 33.4 Just booked our next cruise! :D It's not until April 2015. :( That gives me plenty of time to pay for it. :p We signed up for the same itinerary as we went last month. Half Moon Cay is the reason we went, and it was COLD the day we were there. Total bummer!! :( I just have to go back and I figured April it should be nice.
