End of the month..how did you do

Smiling or doing a boo-hoo

 

March is here on Saturday

31 days for more weight to go away

 

Have to do all the right things each week

Eat right..drink water..exercise..can't be weak

 

We want to feel better and look lighter

Spring will be here soon and it will be brighter

 

So we can do it this March I know

So lets do it and let our weight loss's show

HI all!

 

Belle ~ nice ditty! Well I'm boo hooing this week & for a reason you didn't mention. Easter's coming & I've already devoured 2 net bags of eggs plus some Turtles so am up 1.4 lbs:eek: It was also National Cupcake Day & I made some so had to eat a few.

 

I keep forgetting not to buy the stuff 'cause if I do I will eat it.:(

Don't know what I weigh this week and don't really care!!! (OK, I'm up 2 to 194 :( )

 

BUT I'M 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM OFFICIALLY STARTING VACATION!!!

 

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

 

MY EXERCISE PLAN WILL INCLUDE RE-ARRANGING THE BALCONY FURNITURE AND HITTING THE WATERSLIDES - MULTIPLE TIMES!

I was just thinking it's a new month & a new chance to make a difference.

Hi ladies,

 

I was hoping I could rejoin you guys, it's been quite some time. I was weighing in with you fall 2009-winter 2010 :o

 

After that cruise, I got down to my all time low about 6 months later, but met my now husband shortly after that and have yo-yo'ed ever since. I was about 10 pounds above my low for our wedding in September, but gained about 9 pounds on our honeymoon cruise and have put on a bit more since then, whoops!

 

Literally just booked our next cruise for January and have been slowly working my way back onto the healthy wagon, which is so hard to do with a DH who can eat anything and maintain! In fact, he lost weight on our honeymoon cruise, grrr! The absolutely terrible weather we've had this winter hasn't helped with the exercise motivation.

 

I want to get back to my awesome single lady weight, so 41 from my highest a few weeks ago. I want to do it by my first anniversary (September), and maintain it through the holidays for our cruise. I'm down about 2.2 so far, 38.8 to go :)

 

Belle, I'm impressed by your longevity and never ending creativity for the poems. It made me smile to see that they're/you're still here :)

Belle....Please keep the poems up. They are so fun. It is so nice to have something positive on the threads in this forum. There are too many folks that make negative comments on these boards. So nice to have something pleasant to look forward to each week!

I was just looking around on CC and saw this thread. I decided in Feb. (better late than never) to start trying to get in shape for our cruise in April. I am walking every morning and taking stairs everywhere. I have cut back on the sugar and breads. I have lost 4 pounds but most of all gaining stamina. The Oasis is BIG so I need to be in better shape to enjoy it all. You guys are great support.
