SherriZ366 Posted December 27, 2014 #9 Share Posted December 27, 2014 Guess now I don't have to worry about Terminal 1 being ready for our 2-22-2-15 FR cruise and this gives them about 7 weeks to work out the kinks.
Silvery Seas Cruiser Posted December 27, 2014 #10 Share Posted December 27, 2014 I hope they keep the webcam up permanently:) Me too. I have watched them build the terminal from before they even had the garage built. I've really enjoyed the progress and now hope to watch ships come and go from there. Silvery Seas Cruiser Posted December 27, 2014 #14 Share Posted December 27, 2014 I just watched Explorer back up to its new terminal. Both the Port Canaveral web cam and the Multivista web cam had good views and different perspectives. I hope they don't shut down the Multivista web cam now that the terminal is built and in use. F27TW Posted December 27, 2014 #18 Share Posted December 27, 2014 So glad to see it open! Pretty exciting to see Port Canaveral doing so well. New terminal looks very spacious! Its awfully white and sterile looking inside though .. maybe over time they will add some more color or wall treatments, décor, etc. I am on Enchantment in Feb. .. will we be at the new terminal ? CruisinSinceIwasBorn Posted December 27, 2014 #21 Share Posted December 27, 2014 If the terminal is ready, I wonder why the decided to change the 02JAN15 Enchantment from it's planned embarkation at T1 to T10 last week.

F27TW Posted December 27, 2014 #24 Share Posted December 27, 2014 (edited) What I don't understand is the bizarre numbering system they have for the terminals there. Terminals 1,2,3,5,6,8,10 .. and they're not really in any kind of logical order. Huh ??? Edited December 27, 2014 by F27TW
skyking Posted December 27, 2014 #25 Share Posted December 27, 2014 If the terminal is ready, I wonder why the decided to change the 02JAN15 Enchantment from it's planned embarkation at T1 to T10 last week. Could be because they were behind, but have been working 24 hours a day to get caught up. I guess a true test will be to see if the Freedom docks there tomorrow morning. We are sailing on the Freedom 2 day on the 4th of Jan, and hoping to see the new terminal.
